Laughing Through Midlife with Cannabis, Chaos & Courage | You Dropped a Bomb on Me
Time is speeding up, brains are rebooting at 66, and the exit ramp is visible — but nobody’s ready to put their blinker on just yet.
This week, Queenie & TT cover:
- A fascinating new theory about brain development shifting again in your mid-60s
- Why it suddenly feels illegal to waste time after a certain age
- The Supreme Court possibly stepping into cannabis reform
- The return of What Have You Consumed Today
- A chaotic round of Could’ve Done This If Stoned
- A barking dog meltdown mid-recording (because of course)
- And this week’s Fuck It List entry:
- 👉 Apologizing for taking up space
Throw in Thanksgiving, travel plans, the Rockettes, sibling generosity, and midlife clarity… and you’ve got a perfectly unhinged yet deeply relatable episode.
✅ FULL SHOW NOTES (Long-Form)
This episode kicks off with a truth bomb: time is accelerating, and according to new research, our brains may undergo another major developmental shift around age 66. Suddenly, the urgency to stop wasting time makes a whole lot of sense.
Queenie introduces the now-iconic metaphor:
“I can see the exit ramp… but I’m not putting my blinker on yet.”
From there:
- We unpack why midlife suddenly feels different — sharper, bolder, less patient for nonsense
- The Supreme Court may be inching toward cannabis reform, and the girls react accordingly
- What Have You Consumed Today returns with blood-orange gummies and infused flower
- Could’ve Done This If Stoned delivers its usual absurd productivity satire
- A real-time dog security breach interrupts the recording
- And the emotional core of the episode lands with the Fuck It List topic of the week:
🔥 Fuck It Entry of the Week:
Apologizing for Taking Up Space
Women are exhausted from shrinking, retracting, softening, and apologizing for existing. This week’s conversation is about:
- Claiming your seat
- Claiming your time
- Claiming your body
- Claiming your damn oxygen
No more folding yourself smaller for other people’s comfort.
We close out with family, gratitude, Rocket

Speaker 1 (00:32.462)
Well hello T.T. Hello Queenie. It's so nice to have you by my side. It's so nice to be here. Yes, how unusual for us. I know. It's been quite a while. It's been a while. Since the Cape of Cod. Correct. And even then we were face to face. Right. And here we're back to our side by side. Side by side. And today is December 1st. Oh my god. How can that be? I don't
I don't process that information. Reject, reject, no, no. What we were warned for a very long time that the years would go much quicker when we got older. I thought you were going to say we were warned that December was coming. Well, that too. too. Yes, we were warned that time would accelerate. Yeah, and it does. It seems to be. Yes, we have much more behind us than we do ahead of us. Yeah.
My goodness. End of the road. End of the road's coming up. Jesus Christ. See the exit ramp. I'm not putting my blinker on yet. I'm not quite that close. Not ready. I'm not close enough. I'm not ready to exit yet. No, I'll keep driving for a bit. my goodness. is crazy though. And...
I just read something. is, there was a study just done, just came out last week. Uh, some neuropsychologist or I don't remember what country it was done in, but they said there are four distinct, uh, phases of the brain development of brain development. And adolescence actually goes until about the age of 33. Oh, wow. I thought it was like 25. No. then 33 to, I think it was 66 is like,
maturity. Right. And then at 66, your brain goes through another shift. Yep. Chemical change. Yep. Neurons change. And didn't I say it was like someone's turn to switch? Yes. Yes. Like you thought of things differently. Things hit you differently. It was weird. So, oh my God. So that's a thing. It's a thing. Wow. I'll have to the exact article. Sinescience? No, no, It's like.
Speaker 1 (02:54.766)
where we need to be, it's our next development. Then I think the next one is like 83 or something like that, 84. And then there's another significant change again in the brain development, because your brain's always doing something. So I thought, I'm like, oh my God, that explains a lot about why some marriages are failing. Kids get married in their 20s and such. If your brain is still...
and they're considering the adolescence. Yeah. But you're so you're not really fully formed. Yeah. Oh my goodness. So interesting. I'll define I'll define the article so we can put it in the notes or summary or whatever. But yes, it was interesting. I wow, this is not really in the number 66 stuck out there. Interesting. Oh my God. Yeah. It proves what I'm saying here. Well, let's look at us in our brain search what we're doing. We're doing this podcast.
Psst.
You shouldn't have said, look at us. I did just turn to look at you.
and you do have the soft football on your head under your headphones. You do look like bit of an idiot.
Speaker 1 (04:13.774)
Look at us! She exclaimed proudly, as proof of whatever. Yeah, that helped. That helped a lot. I need the football. I know, I know. You don't want to a dent in your head. No. No, my ear, my headphones slipped down below my ears if I don't put the football there.
Because you have such a small head. a tiny head! She has a teeny tiny pin head. Uh oh. a very small head. Okay, so it's an adaptive piece. I used to have to get my eyeglasses in the children's fish. It was really hard. Oh dear. something with a character on it. Wilma and Pebbles.
That would have been cute. Very cute. That's a great idea. Nobody knows who the hell Wilma and Pebbles are. Mother and daughter thing. That's true. I think we should bring them back. We should. Oh, wouldn't that be a rip? We could. Right now. What would they look like now? We'll have to work on that. I can see there'd be great demand for that. like everything else we do. in hot demand. Although.
I looked at our stats again last night. We are still 70 % in the US, our listenership, and the other 30 % are people throughout the world. world, yeah. So someone is listening to a worldwide sensation. at least a tingle. Or an international mistake. Oh my God.
But you know, it's consistent. What can I say? Every continent with the exception of Antarctica. The penguins aren't into us. Well, you know, their Walkmans are. It's hard to get the batteries to stay. They're too formal.
Speaker 1 (06:24.878)
I don't think cannabis is you know top of the list down there They don't have anything green down there. I don't know. I'm not so sure about that. No, I don't know. I just said I don't know Someone I know was just down there I mean there's sort of like that teal blue green color from water and sometimes the glaciers have that color in them, but nothing green green
Who did I just see that was down there? Did they see something green? I don't know. I'm trying to recall now I saw someone on Facebook within the last month or six weeks that I'm friends with on Facebook was in Antarctica and I Don't know who I can't recall who it'll come to I have no desire to go there I can barely get through the winters here in New York. yeah, you wouldn't that wouldn't be a good place for you to try to go to
Our Closet Disco Queen podcast deals with legal adult cannabis use and is intended for entertainment purposes only for those 21 and older.
Speaker 1 (07:36.622)
Apparently while I'm here in New York, there was a huge snowstorm in Wisconsin that we missed. Yes, lucky you. of snow. Yes, you did miss it. Yes, we did. And you're leaving just in time to miss our storm. Yeah. We hope. Well, we'll see. We'll see if we get out and land somewhere. Yeah, that would be nice. Land somewhere. That's the idea. So Titi, let's say you've been here for...
nearly a week. Almost a week. Then you've just been able to relax. Rest and relax. Oh, it's been very restorative. Yes. Yes. It's been fun. How about you? How was your week? Busier than expected, but fun. Good. You had a lot of family time. We did have a lot of family time. had lovely Thanksgiving. We spent a little time with Dan's family and then headed to Lauren's house for
Not only Turkey Day, but the big birthday, the eight year old birthday party for Annie. can't believe she's eight. I know. It's hard to believe. And oh my God, she's so grown up. But anyway, that was a lot of fun. My mom came, my sister and Luke and Lily. And then we had a lovely day yesterday with Linda and Alan and played some games and had some mac and cheese and visiting. Yeah, it was great. it was a lot of fun.
But we were home by... 5pm.
So this is what I mean. There is a line and we have crossed it. Now we know the magic number is 66. So be wary. Become 65 and you're like, this isn't so bad. feel great. then 66. things start, you know, just start seeing things a little differently. A little less clearly. You hear things and they...
Speaker 2 (09:18.349)
You
Speaker 1 (09:38.382)
pitch a little differently. wow, that was 50 years ago.
Speaker 1 (09:56.653)
me
The exit ramps ahead, I see it loud and clear But darlin', I'm still shiftin'
Into fifth gear Yes, I might be vintage But I'm not in park Still hunking through life With a bite and a spark Sure, some folks are coasting nice and slow I prefer chaos with a horned blast glow So no, I'm not merging, not just yet I've got more miles and zero regret
Speaker 1 (10:37.57)
Also though, hence the whole idea for a fuck it list. Absolutely. you think about it in terms of brain chemistry makes perfect sense, doesn't it? Yes. Why carry around stuff that no longer works for one, us, any of us. And now science. Science is backing that up. Yes. It's time to sort things out and figure it out and you know, time's a waste and...
Well, that's just it. You know that it is, although every day of your life you could say, you know, tomorrow I could die, but that's kind of a pessimistic outlook on life. a bit of a bummer. That would be a bit of a down way of looking at things. So, but when you get to the last quarter of your life and you realize, you know, three quarters is gone already. My goodness. Yeah. It just...
makes it a little more, you're focused a little more on the limited time you have. I guess maybe you're more aware of Well, yes, I think that that's, that is that awareness, that consciousness. And like, so it's like, if you want to go on a trip, go on the trip, do it, do it, do it till you're satisfied. Right. Don't put it off until maybe in a few years, I'm not quite ready. Yeah, what do you need to do to be ready? Right. It's like, we know that we have
less time to do anything, know, spend time with our loved ones, whatever. We just, it's like, it's not, we don't have our whole lives ahead of us anymore. No, no we don't. They're mostly behind us.
Speaker 1 (12:23.084)
No, it's all good though. It's really good. It's really good. It's good to be appreciating every day. It's good to be. not feel that cuckoo pressure. The pressure. my God, which so much pressure put on us as women, as parents, as children. So much pressure and it's fed by the culture.
Well, the culture and reality and reality. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We're getting squeezed on. Help us. Sandwich. Well, I'm just a flatbread. I'm open faced.
Speaker 1 (13:23.374)
I'm still, you're sandwiched. I'm still a sandwich. I'm still, I'm a panini. Panini. You're just. lot of hot pressure. A lot of Coming down. No openings. No, no, no. Yeah. Just as much pressure as possible.
But...
It's all good. No, we had a great Thanksgiving.
What's the latest, but buzz?
Speaker 2 (13:58.542)
E.T. where is it legal? No one knows.
Tell me
Speaker 1 (14:39.47)
So Titi, do you have a story for us? I do. This is very interesting. Très intéressant. Très intéressant. As the headline is, as marijuana rescheduling stalls, the industry turns to the Supreme Court. Have you about this yet? No. OK. Well, the question is, will the Supreme Court do what Congress and the White House have not?
and deliver the $32 billion U.S. cannabis industry from outdated federal marijuana laws? The answer is inching closer after the highest court on Monday scheduled a meeting for next month to determine whether it will hear a constitutional challenge.
Speaker 1 (15:24.984)
to federal cannabis prohibition. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Yeah. So are the justices gonna take this case? Goodness gracious, who's to know? I know. Apparently there are a number of justices that don't understand the prohibition thing. it might actually, they might actually decide to do it. Wow, well, hmm. And the thing is that,
The law, there was a law in 2005, which is 20 years ago, and things have changed in 20 years. significantly. Everything's Everything's changed. Yeah. And so what this case is arguing is that the law should change as well. yeah. So yeah. Anyway, that's pretty cool. Wow, that came out of nowhere. I know. Isn't that weird? And one of the appellants is kind of provisions from Massachusetts, where we used to go.
Cool beings. They've actually got two locations in Lee and Holyoke. Little plug for Canon Provisions. Thank you Canon Provisions. Good store, good shop. Wow, that was... We really have to keep an eye on this. that be just the not... Fucking Supreme Court coming to cannabis' rescue when they fucked everything else up. yeah. yeah.
God, of course they will. Of course they will. You know what? think we should. Well, thank you, TT. That was very interesting.
Morning started my routine coffee's nice, but with some good old green gummy bears dancing brownies in a tray but tenders asking you had today What have you consumed today a cookie a gummy or a potent J did you basically?
Speaker 1 (17:10.753)
What?
Speaker 1 (17:38.926)
Well before we go any further though, what have you consumed today? my goodness. We haven't even mentioned that yet. Well, I'm here, as you know, I do not travel with cannabis. no, does not travel with cannabis. No, honey says no, no, no, no, no, no. But my sister was very generous in sharing with me this.
wonderful product that she got as a gift from a friend who had been to California. dear. It's called Kana, K-A-N-H-A, cannabis infused endicumies. They are delicious and they have a wonderful effect on me anyway. They're really nice. It's a really nice one. Blood orange bliss. Yeah, blood orange bliss. And it's got this neat picture of a tiger. Yes.
Within a Lotus. Yes. So anyway, it's I'm really liking these. I gotta probably replenish them. milligrams of THC. From California. Big old California, the West Coast. Alrighty. Well, they look tasty-asty. Green Coast. The Green Coast, yeah. Trying to smell and see And a little plug for Green Coast Radio. Green Coast.
Green Coast Radio, we are on Green Coast Radio. We've been on Green Coast Radio for nigh on three years now. Nigh on. Nigh on. And we love Alex. Nigh Yes we do. Absolutely. I have been smoking some flower. look, Left Coast. Left Coast. Is the brand name of flower. And it's infused flower. Premium.
premium mint-fused flower, blueberry razz. And it does taste a little fruity. Does it? Yes, there's a definite fruit in it. this was the first time I've tried this brand, Left Coast. I like the- Yes, and it's got a little iridescence there, wouldn't you say, in the label? It's quite attractive. It's got clouds. Clouds and blue. Shine. It's shiny. Yes, we like it a lot.
Speaker 1 (19:57.76)
Yes. Can add it to your collection. God, no. So, yes. And this has been quite enjoyable. We've been tittering away. Yes, we have. We're both in fine form. Fine fettle. Fine fettle. Fettle of fish. Fettle of fish. I don't know where that came from. I have no clue whatsoever. That just flew out of my mouth. What can I say?
Speaker 2 (20:34.542)
This if I That Ikea shelf, straight as the sky Rewired my router, don't ask me why Track down my ex's new alibi Ate three meals and learned to cry Guess what? I could've done this if I

Speaker 2 (21:01.315)
This is
saw the socks I thought I disowned Fixed the faucet, cleaned my phone Gave deep advice in a perfect tone Voted twice, no Just groaned still I could've done this if stoned
Speaker 2 (21:24.526)
It's the segment where your logic shines Just as I was in a little off time Could've done this, could've done this
Speaker 1 (21:47.256)
Titi, are you ready to play? Could have been high. Should have been high, would have been high, might have been high, who knows? You scored big time last week. I did, I got two for two. two for two. Ding ding ding ding ding ding ding. Wow, bigly we should say, bigly. Bigly, god what a stupid word. Bigly, here before I forget. What's this? The mask card.
Mr. Nicastro. I grabbed one for you. I do not generally. I do. Well, I put them aside for a while. And then after a while, I think, why am I hanging on to this? And I just pitch them. Well, this is laminated.
you
Speaker 1 (22:44.59)
That's that's they speak and look it's a card. no, that's the dog
Thanks
Speaker 1 (22:58.836)
Miles. You're gonna give yourself with a flinging Titi's arm into me. Stop. Don't. Okay.
Peace, peace, peace.
I'll you.
Speaker 1 (23:24.026)
Okay, all right, oh yes they can hear you You have anything to say Okay, go lay down that was quite the burst miles miles Okay, you need to go lay down
Okay, go lay down. go, go, go.
you
Speaker 1 (23:55.448)
Lay down.
Speaker 1 (24:02.252)
Well, we made a fool. He made a fool of us. Me. I told him there was nobody in the garage. That's right. He was carrying on for no reason whatsoever. And lo and behold, who came through the door? But Sean, through the garage. well, you know. dogs. No wonder they're nuts. There's nobody in the garage, for God's sake. What's wrong with you?
We have really a poor thing. Jesus. my God. Okay, so hot on her winning streak here. Let's see if we can extend it. Yes, let's see. Okay. The first selection, I'm gonna turn my back to you. Just a little bit here. Okay, so TT's gotta determine whether these are true, funny, documented.
cannabis incidents or someone made this up, it's all kaka. The first one, a drone dropped hundreds of free bags of cannabis over Rabin Square in Tel Aviv, Israel. People ran into traffic to grab the bags. The green drone group responsible was promoting legalization. Did that actually happen, T.T.?
What that actually happened? do you think is real? Yes, Rubin Square, Tel Aviv. True. You suck. It occurred. Um. This is a no, I don't know. News report of an incident that occurred that was cannabis related. Yay or nay? I don't think so. Titi says nay. Nay, nay, no, no, never no more. Uh, Titi.
This indeed did happen. did? Yes, yes it did in year 2020. during the Tel Aviv drone drop, operators misjudged the wind causing most bags to scatter onto Gabriel Street instead of the intended square. Dozens of cannabis packets from Tel Aviv drone landed in a children's playground and had to be quickly compensated.
Speaker 2 (25:53.805)
you
Speaker 1 (26:20.918)
by police so did not go as planned with the little in the wind you know shift in the way things were reviewed so that's awesome i know see who know who would have thought it like mana falling from the skies right yeah but not into children's playgrounds that probably isn't the best possible thing
This shows my ignorance. I have no idea whether that's a pro legal cannabis country or not. I have no clue. Yeah. We know who we could ask though. But I always leave those matters up to you. Whether to ask or not. It's meh. Although we did have two downloads from Israel last month. We did? Yes, we did. So someone in Israel is listening to us.
Some butt. Some butt, no. my God, here we go. Diminishing our achievements.
I don't think it was a bot. Good. We just might have a fan in Israel. I think we may. And here, we don't even know if it's legal. I know. Who's stupid in this country? Alexa!
Thanks
Speaker 1 (27:46.008)
Hey Alexa.
Speaker 1 (27:51.054)
What's with this bitch?
Hi, the opener. I'm not sure which particular situation or person has you fired up, but I'm here if you want to vent or need help figuring something out. I just got spoke by Alexa.
What's going on?
Speaker 1 (28:07.069)
Tee hee.
Speaker 1 (28:11.626)
Alexa, is cannabis legal in Israel?
In Israel, medical cannabis is legal, while recreational use is decriminalized. Would you like to know more about the specific regulations?
No, thank you. She's willing to talk if you need to vent. Did you hear her yell at me? Whoa. She chastised you. don't know what brought on that opening. She chastised you and then she went on to offer you support. What more can one ask for? Oh God. just, oh dear. I just had a flashback to childhood. You did call her.
Thanks
Speaker 2 (28:40.302)
Hey.
Speaker 1 (28:56.694)
She wasn't responding. did call her a bitch. Okay, okay.
Speaker 1 (29:07.886)
my God. now we know. moly. She's something. You know she'll be setting the temperature in your house. Oh, I'd never give that to her. I don't think so. Not with that attitude. I know. She's a little hostile, wouldn't you think? Don't you think she's a little hostile to me? Yes. You heard how long it took her to answer me. Like, come on.
Really? The attack of the machines. Exactly! That's what I was just thinking. Oh my god. mean, they might be smarter than we are at this point. she's going, watch this. I'm just gonna hold back for a few seconds. Watch how it drives her nuts. Yeah, I'm being played.
Alexa's playing me. See, and this isn't the first time I've thought this. know. Well, yeah, because we've seen it. There are times. You're up. You've all witnessed it. That's all. You all witnessed it. There is something wrong with that thing. There's some sass bashers. She's got a little bit of a toad. Good God Almighty. Nasty little thing.
Speaker 1 (30:32.256)
I know, she's listening. it. She's always listening. I know. Okay, second scenario. Are you ready? I'm ready. Eight police officers in Argentina were fired after claiming mice ate half a ton of cannabis. Forensic experts said mice wouldn't confuse it for food and there would be corpses if they had eaten it. Did this happen or did it not?
Speaker 1 (31:02.03)
Well, I can believe there would be corpses that someone blamed the mice. can't that eight police officers blamed mice for heating. But I don't have a ton. would be corpses. Goodness. There would be corpses. You would think they would have thought of that. What? And strewn a few mice around big fat bloated high mice dead, dead high mice.
just to cover their tracks. Exactly. As being police officers, you would think they would know that, know, how to that's right. Fool the cops. That's true. Got to give this some deep thought. OK, is this really happened? really happen? Is really the question. Well, the before the implied question is that the implied question is, did the police officers actually take
I believe that is the implied question. But you're asking me if the actual... they blame the mice? I believe they blamed the mice, yes. Titi believes that this actually happened in Argentina. And Titi, it did happen. You're correct.
in 2018. Wow. Yes. So don't try to fool Mother Nature. They had it all figured. There would have been dead, bloated mice if that had happened. Yeah. Call your bluff. I don't know that I, I mean, I think mice maybe would try to eat it, but again, all they'd have to do is. And then fall asleep. Well, I going to say, look at the one who did it.
five minutes ago and see that he's dead and bloated. So. Well, that's assuming mice learn can learn. Well, they learn how to go through mazes. They do. So I'm just I'm just playing devil's egg. OK, I get it. They do.
Speaker 1 (33:07.438)
I have to defend the mice. It's okay. I always liked little mice. They're okay. In the Disney movies. Okay, well, you split the cord there. 50-50. 50-50. Yep, that's okay. I'll take it. That's not bad. Congratulations. You didn't totally shit the bed. Thanks so much for that. Encouragement. Lovely encouragement. I try. I do try.
We've got a list and it's getting long Petty to profound, what feels so wrong Sticky notes and middle-aged sass
If it don't serve
Speaker 2 (33:50.154)
Fuck it, fix it, or forget it We're seasoned queens, don't regret it If it drains our soul, we'll waste our wit We file it under, hell no, skip it From bad bras to toxic friends We draw the line and tie the ends each week A gripe or hill to die on with Queenie and TT The fuck it
It lives on!
So Titi, are you ready to discuss, share, promote this week's bucket list? they're so, man, I'll tell ya. Got some great feedback from people. have, we've gotten excellent feedback. Although, I have to say, those of you who chose to...
Lament. Lament on behalf of all women. Partners. I feel sorry for him. That kind of shit. you did. yeah. there were a couple of people who were like, wouldn't want to be married to that one. well, truth hurts now, doesn't it? Other than that.
Everyone else was supportive. See? Supportive. it is? No, guess the bottom line is people, people, women in particular, we've got to take ownership and control of our own physical presences and what we will and will not do. Right. Period. If it brings you pleasure and you like it, go for it. I don't care what it is. Right. I don't care what it is.
Speaker 1 (35:47.98)
Really, it's your business, I don't care. But nobody should be deciding for you what you want to do. Right. Should do or must do or whatever. That's the message. So along the same lines. Along the same lines, but not exactly similar. I was thinking for this week, I would like to talk about this idea that we are
always feeling apologetic about taking up space. that's a good one. Hmm. Yeah. Why do we do that? We retract. Men spread out, right? Yes. Women retract. We cross our legs. We bring our arms in. And if, okay, if you, if you and a person on the street were to bump into each other,
What would you do? Well, you would apologize and say, oh my God, excuse me. Exactly. Right. That's what I would say. Right. I would assume I took at least 50 % responsibility. Right. But we're always apologizing. Always. We're the ones, if two people bump each other, the woman is always the one who apologizes. Or if it's two women, they both apologize. But we have this idea that we somehow are in the way.
Mm-hmm. yeah. Always saying, dear, I'm so sorry I'm in your way. Right. Exactly. I'll get out of your way. How often do we say those things? We need to make ourselves smaller, you know, to make room for all the other people around us. anyway, giving up space no more. No, you can claim your space. can claim your right to exist. Yeah, you don't have to shrink for anybody. Do not shrink. No shrinking.
No, claim what is rightly yours, whether it be space, your time, your body. Right. Whatever is rightly yours, it's yours. It's ours. It's yours for the taken and the claiming. The claiming, yeah. I think very often we that wasn't an option or it wasn't presented as an option for women. absolutely.

but it's been there for the taking. There were subtle messages that told us that we, if we didn't do X, Y, and Z, we would be a bad wife, mother, girlfriend, daughter, whatever, you know? And that stuff became so ingrained that we just didn't question even. Very true, very true. It's, yeah, just, we followed the prescription.
For adulting. Whatever that is. being a woman. For being a woman, yeah, at the time. So, but now we're at a stage and a time and brain development and brain development where we can exercise really our independence. Yes. Our choice, freedom of choice for how you're
Life lives, your life looks, how you live your life. It's all, it's right you say yes to, what you say no to. Correct. What you say I don't give a fuck to, yeah. Fuck it, fuck it. Fuck it. Just fuck it. Really, I had a lovely, I have to say, kudos to my sister and her adult children. Thanksgiving, they took quote unquote responsibility for my mother. I literally.
was able to, no, grandma didn't say it, but I felt like I was able to say, fuck it. And just have a very, very great, a very good time with my grandchildren who were all there, my daughters, my son. It was, and I knew my mom was there, it was nice. My son's in it was just nice, but I didn't You weren't on high alert. Correct, correct. And that was lovely. It was lovely.
And I didn't apologize for needing that or wanting that. So that's really important too. Yeah. That you're not feeling guilty about it or whatever. just on that day, but you know, I was able to enjoy how that was nice. So continue to think about what you're ready to say, fuck it too. And let us know. Yeah. Let us know. Can reach us through our email either Queenie or TT at humble pond.com.

Oops, did I breathe again? Take a sip too loud Cross my legs too wide Looked a little too proud Sorry for the crime of existing with a grin Let me fold myself in half and start again Try to shrink too, please do not overstay Help my
My sneeze, my DNA But this queen's done curtying for invisible grace Put it in a tote bag I refuse to erase No more just checking if you've got time No more tap dancing for nickels and dimes This is my chair
This is my air, fuck it I'm sitting everywhere
Well, it's hard to think that you're gonna be gone again. I know, I know.

And we're going to see the Radio City Rockettes at Radio City Musical for the Christmas show. 100th anniversary. That is so cool. I think when I was a little kid, we did that one year. I've always wanted to take the grandchildren to see the Rockettes. Yes, because we watched it. watch it on Jackie Cleason. Well, yes, the June Taylor dancers.
But the Rockettes we I must have somehow we've got got a videotape or no it's on it's in our movie saved in our movies it's a it's a movie of I it was the 75th anniversary of the Rockettes at Radio City and the whole Christmas story mm-hmm and the kids have watched it forever so I thought I would just love to see them see it yeah you watching them watch yeah so 12 of us will be traveling to
Midtown Manhattan to see the Rockettes. So we're looking forward to that. It's trying to coordinate that many people is a trip because of course not everybody is returning to the capital region. dear. We've got people who are flitting off hither, thither and yon. to watch my mother go through that every week too. And then the poor little thing, she's like, you, that, don't know, I'm not sure. Is that a U-W? And they just, they don't say anything like, move on. They just let her struggle and then fall all over herself trying to figure out what fucking letter it is. Instead of saying, you obviously can't see it.
Isn't that the point? Exactly. The point is not to get it correct. Jesus, I'm like, oh my God. It must be, you know, entertainment or something. I don't know. Otherwise, it's just ridiculous. my God. Anyway.
