The man knows how to turn a book into a multimillion dollar lead magnet, but here's the kicker. He can do it. So can you. You don't need to be jacked or have a nine figure portfolio. Let me walk you through it exactly how this book funnel works and how you can take the best of it and make it your own. Now let's start with why Alex Ozzy's book Funnel in particular deserves our attention. He didn't just write a book and hope it's sold. He engineered a machine, one that fuels his brand, builds trust, and brings in pre-sold leads for his business acquisition.com. The more people who read his books, the more trust he earns and trust leads to conversion. After that, he has the hidden opt-ins where the nurture begins. So even though he gives the book away upfront, he still offers a lead magnet inside. It's brilliant. It's not an annoying popup like on a website. It's value layered into the book. And this is the genius. The funnel begins after the book, not before. I'll say that again. The funnel begins after somebody has already downloaded the book, not before. What happens after that? It's the email sequence, which is the trust building machine. Once you opt into these little extras, the emails begin and they're damn freaking good. There's no fluff, no fancy graphics, just direct value packed messages. Hormo is warming you up. He's priming you and he's positioning his next move and you don't even realize it's happening. Now, I don't open 99% of my emails, but you bet I open his, even though I know that this is what he's doing because they're packed so full of value. Why wouldn't I? What comes next is the ecosystem content that recycles the book. This man doesn't just write a book and forget about it. He extracts every drop of value YouTube videos, walking through chapters, podcast episodes, dissecting strategies, clips, shorts, quotes, carousels, tweets, all from the book. He multiplies his message across platforms. And guess what? Every piece of content leads back to his core offer. Let's talk about the offer, the backend offer, where the real monetization happens. He's not trying to be for everyone, and that makes him magnetic to the very right people for him and his core offer. And the book feeds his whole business. Content. Yep. Why it works so damn well. He gives it all away. He solves real problems. He knows this person and the book feeds his whole business. So how can you model this funnel even if you're not ho mossy? How do you use this for your own book and your own business? I want you to start with the end in mind. What's the offer your book needs to lead to? Is it coaching, consulting, a digital product? Your book should be the bridge between your reader's pain and your premium solution. You then want to design the funnel before the book. Most people write. Then think about what to do with it. You need to flip that around. Plan your lead magnets, your nurture sequences, and your backend offer before you finish writing, or even better, before you even start, you need to think about the whole ecosystem before putting pen to paper. You then want to use your book to qualify the leads. Be very, very clear about who it's for and who it is not. For. A strong filter will serve your business more than some vague bestseller status. Then you wanna build the follow-up machine. You wanna do your, your emails, your content, your videos, and all of this is built from your book. You already wrote it. So work smarter, not harder, and multiply that effect. You then want to call your readers to action. Don't just end with, Hey, thanks for reading. Tell people exactly what to do next, whether that's book a call, join a program, download the next resource, whatever that is, tell them don't just. You know, shut the last page and be like, see ya.
