Re-Release: My first episode describing Emotional Self-Care

Many of you have probably listened to this episode, because it's the most downloaded, being my first and all. My podcast started as "Self-Care for Survivors of Trauma" in November, 2021. Since then I've shared a lot about what self-care means to me. I take breaks at work to take deep breaths in the sun. I eat as healthy as I can. I get exercise, and monitor my water intake. Mostly, I take time to journal, feel my feelings, and listen to those parts of me that have a lot things to say! I used to ignore them, but now I know they are screaming to be heard.
