Listening to Amy Lang's podcast "Just Say This" has taught me so much about how to be open with my son about his body, his feelings, and his sexual health. It's helped me learn how to take the shame out of sexuality so that I can keep the lines of communication open with him as he grows up. We discuss sexual abuse prevention, pornography exposure, why it's important to teach your kids the scientific names for their parts, and she shares some great books that can help kids learn more.
