I share my process today of boundary setting. I tell a story about a boundary conversation I had with my dad this week, which was unconfortable, but it taught me something important. I'm staying curious and keeping an open heart towards learning how to be a great communicator in those relationships where emotional intimacy is possible. It's not possible with everyone, so if you get to be part of it, boundary setting can become relationship GOLD!
