Across her 20+ year career, Hartley has worked for an internet startup, digital marketing agencies, and consulting firms, and blends a unique mix of skillsets, merging business analytics and strategy, with the full understanding of the creative process and execution to customers – with a specific concentration on digital. In addition to serving as a strategy executive, she through her consulting company, Hartical Media, she is a guest speaker and leads seminars and workshops on topics such as DEI, Talent Development and Personal Branding.
Hartley is extremely passionate and active in supporting the inclusion, development and advancement of systemically excluded communities in the technology, advertising and consulting services industries.
