This is my story of how over the course of 10 years, I worked through my abuse in counseling and therapy but most importantly my personal walk with Jesus. Now, I'm committed to creating a space where others can feel seen by being open, vulnerable and transparent. I hope through my podcast you’ll be encouraged to take heart in your own journey of healing and find hope that comes from doing life with Jesus.

I have a lot of abuse that happened to me as a child, but I also have this. A different kind of abuse, one done to me and by me. When it came time for me to deal with this, I encountered Jesus in the most kindest way.
