On this episode of the Just the Tip podcast, Jesse and Sara are joined by rapper and tv/film/music video producer Amanda Rome West (aka "Thug Jew Bitch") to discuss feminism and double standards in dating. They begin by introducing Amanda and learning about her boyfriend and how she got into the entertainment industry. They discuss Jesse and Sara's recent dating lives, and Jesse's recent run-in with a guy she used to date. They then answer listener questions about feminism and double standards in dating, including: catcalling and sexual harassment, vibrators, why men who sleep around a lot get praised and women who do the same thing get slut shamed, de-stigmatizing STDs, chivalrous acts like opening doors and pulling out chairs, if men are turned off by a woman who makes the first move, why men bring up sexual things before the first date, re-using nudes, standards of beauty, why men are expected to pay on the first date, the thought that if you aren't sugary-sweet nice you're a rude bitch, and the importance of intersectionality in feminism.
