S3E17: Being Friends with your Ex is Good, Actually (feat. Max Talisman)

On this episode of the Just the Tip podcast, Jesse and Sara are joined by their friend, actor, writer, and director Max Talisman, for their second quarantine episode. They begin by discussing Max's current relationship status and craziest dating story, and then provide an update on Sara's relationship status and Jesse's dating life during quarantine. They talk about why the "he's perfect but..." statement is a bad mindset to have, and then focus on Max's non-traditional friendship with his ex-boyfriend. They discuss how relationships can be successful even if they end, and how they deal with managing and communicating anxiety in relationships. They have a conversation about cuffing during quarantine and share their thoughts for what the dating world will look like post-pandemic. Finally, they answer a listener question about "lovebombing" and play "Red Flag or Dealbreaker" with questions about candles, experimenting with sexuality, and being friends with exes.
