Jodi McFadden - Visiting The Band
Today on the pod we hear from a sweet, sensitive, badass Canadian gal living in NYC (and crushing it), Jodi McFadden is here!
For this interview Jodi welcomed us into her dressing room backstage at The Ethel Barrymore Theatre, before her matinee performance of The Band’s Visit. It. Was. Wonderful. We have a nip of Baileys in our coffee and chat with Jodi about her experience as a stand-by in The Band’s Visit, the epic women of The Moulin Rouge, and her self care. There is also a bit of bonus material from guest Lauren Ritchie at the end of the episode, so stay tuned for that!
Jodi has been working back and forth between New York and Canada since her Broadway debut in Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. Jodi’s other Broadway credits to date are The Band’s Visit and Moulin Rouge. Other theatre credits include; Dirty Dancing (Mirvish Productions) Into The Woods, Anything Goes, Hello Dolly (Stratford Festival) Chicago (Drayton Entertainment).
Come hang with us, grab a drink (if you’re not driving) and get your weekly fix of musical theatre banter with beverages.
