Steven Guy-McGrath - Spinning Yarns
Steven Guy-McGrath is an actor, a renovator, a foodie, a boat enthusiast, a playwright, a musician, dad extraordinaire, and the perfect guest to celebrate Canada Day with!
We have ‘Spindrift’ cocktails and chat with this lovely Newfie about summers at the Charlottetown Festival, his one-person show, Spinning Yarns, playing this year at Charlottetown’s second stage, and being a dad and family man while in this fast pace business.
Stephen is a performer and writer. You’ve seen him on stages all across this country including Anne of Green Gables, Mamma Mia, Million Dollar Quartet (Charlottetown Festival), Once (Mirvish Prod.) A Christmas Carol, Glengarry Glen Ross (Soulpepper Theatre) and No Great Mischief (Tarragon Theatre). Stephen is the writer of Spinning Yarns and also Bully, a play about astrophysics, broken homes and chocolate bars.
