In this episode, Heather dives into her experience at a women's nude body painting retreat in Central Massachusetts.
A short but deep episode, on the intentions Heather had on why she decided to partake in this retreat, the relationship with her body growing up, and reflections and experience at the day long event.
This was a vulnerable share, and also potent. The retreat was very transformative on a mind-body-soul level. As Heather integrates the experience, she felt inspired to share about it all here in this episode.
