How to get your kids to invest? Today's kids are all about social media, games sports and fun activities. Talk to your kids about money and financials. Some parents may be uncomfortable talking to kids about money. However, the sooner they get introduced to the topic , the more aware they become. Read with you kids. Some of the books include "The Richest Man in Babylon" by George S Clason; "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill; It's beyond just a book. It's a roadmap to the right mindset. Also, "Who Needs the Bank" by Bob Zachmeier. You can also try listening to these books on audio versions via Audible. Some advantages of being Real Estate Investors; you get to pick your partners and lenders to be in on the deal with you. Get your kids to go in on a deal with you. Have them invest a small portion on money and give them respective returns on their investment. You can also open a small stock trading account for them and have them research different companies and have them trade stocks based on their research.
