In this episode we discuss Clinical Skills Coaching the new initiative from the Cornwall Primary Care training hub. For the episode Emma interviews Practice Nurse's and training hub educators Sarah Truen and Heather Taylor who have created and developed this new and exciting offer.

This Episode should be of Particular interest to current healthcare workers in primary care who are either new to their role or looking to upskill and expand their role. Currently clinical coaching sessions have been for the nursing team but this offer will be expanded to include all healthcare professionals
