Tracy Wilson has been a certified facilitator for True Colors since 2001, and is one of a handful of Elite Facilitators across the country. She is certified in several Advanced Applications including Communication, Conflict Resolution, Teaching and Learning Styles, and Parenting.
She served as the Secretary for the International True Colors Association for more than 8 eight years. Tracy has a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Northern Michigan University. She is a former member/coach of the Michiana Coordinated School Health Leadership Institute and served 15 years in school health. She is currently the VP of Marketing for a local credit union and earned her certificate as a Credit Union Certified Marketing Executive.
She resides in Grayling, MI. She is a Blue-Orange who is married to a Gold, and is mother to a Green son and a Blue daughter. She has presented at three International True Colors Conferences in Las Vegas, Chicago and Puerto Rico. She has facilitated True Colors workshops all across Michigan, including Women of Finance at DTE Energy in Detroit, Michigan Association of Prosecutors, Michigan Association of School Nurses, Michigan Department of Education, Michigan Department of Community Health and several others.
Tracy’s favorite session to facilitate is with teens and their parents. Tracy normally does True Colors workshops in person but 2020 happened and she learned to present engaging sessions via the internet.
