The Highline takes you the heart of Glacier National Park to the Granite Park Chalet, built more than a hundred years ago by the Great Northern Railway to provide "comfortable" back country accommodations. The chalet is also where infamous and tragic history was made in the summer of 1967.It's where a young woman was killed by a grizzly bear, one of two fatal grizzly attracks on the same night in Glacier.
