Luke Loggins discovered yoga in 2017 after his best friend became a teacher and during a difficult time after a breakup. Luke quickly discovered the healing power of the practice. He completed his 200-hr YTT in 2018 with Bodhi Yoga Academy, where he studied the eight-limb Ashtanga yoga method and primary series. Luke started his own movement practice and teaching, where he calls on the physical strength and mental discipline that Ashtanga cultivates while finding a sense of playfulness, creativity, and in-the-moment intuition. Luke has a passion for taking things slow and getting grounded. His life outside of yoga consists mostly of playing in the ocean, gardening, and reading psychology books.
