In this episode, we discuss Customer Service and how, especially during the holiday season, both sides can feel pressure. The customer, who most times, takes out their frustration on Customer Service, as well as the representative, who is trying to solve the issue. We use this as an example to show that it's really in how we respond and react to the issue that can alleviate pressure.
