Justin Osborne is the Associate Vice President of the HRP Consulting Group. He has over 15 years of experience in the human subject research field. He began his research career on the commercial IRB side before shifting to the local IRB world. Justin served as a non-scientific board member at the University of Cincinnati’s IRB for several years before returning to the commercial IRB arena.
