My guest Sarah Campbell has a delightfully welcoming presence. I have had the opportunity through several workshops and retreats to visit, sit in with her church choir and see the home that she and her husband Yorik have created on the Island of Lismore. I have even visited the Red well that Sarah describes in this interview! The beauty of Lismore is truly awe inspiring. Sarah is offering several kinds of workshops related to creativity and nature using “mostly” the native plants on the island.
