But with everyone’s busy schedules, it can be hard to actually sit down and chat with each other and learn about the dreams, setbacks, successes, failures, and everything in between! All of which help shape us into the humans we are today.The Sincerely, Your Small Business podcast is your window into the lives and identities of small business owners that you support year-round. What inspires them, what makes them tick, and what has helped them grow as business owners, parents, community members, and friends.It’s a way to get to know them, so that when you DO run into one another at the grocery store, park, or place of business, you’ll know that at the end of the day, we can all build relationships and connect with one another through shared experiences.

Marc Boston is a children’s book author, and ordained minister. His stories emphasize the importance of diversity and inclusion and reflect on topics surrounding definitions of family values, and self-empowerment.
Marc has published several picture books and was awarded grants from The Virginia Humanities, Charlottesville Area Community Foundation, and the Memory Project of the University of Virginia to author books for children and adults which increase diversity and inclusion to community processes and decision-making.
He is published in several periodicals, is a member of SCBWI, sits on two local community boards, and serves as Youth Director at Unity of Charlottesville.
Listen in as Marc shares an abundance of wisdom nuggets and personal experiences around: transitioning from working outside the home in corporate, to inside the home as a stay-at-home-parent; what it was like to write and publish a number of children's books; and what it means to nurture our hobbies and skills to build a life that is the truest reflection of our full selves.
