Ever wonder why antibiotics cause upset stomachs and diarrhea? We answer this question and more as we talk about a nasty bacteria called Clostridium Difficile. This pathogen causes horrific diarrhea and abdominal pain, and can prove lethal if left untreated. It's particularly common in the hospital setting.
