Not even from what we call depression. It's different because of the tenderness, emotional depression. I think this is a human experience. I think many of us have stood in those invisible labor rooms of transformation asking, What is this? What am I supposed to do? What am I missing? Why am I feeling so emotional? And yet underneath all those questions, there's often another truth quietly forming that something new is trying to be born. The problem is we usually want clarity before surrender. We want the answer before the process. We want the baby before the labor. But becoming does not work that way. Your nervous system feels at first. Your heart, not the blood pump, but that emotional place within your chest where the heart chakra would dwell. Your heart responds next. Your thoughts try to catch up afterwards. And in those moments, we often think something is wrong with us. Maybe nothing is wrong. Maybe we're in transition. Maybe the emotional tenderness is not weakness. Maybe it's stretching. Just as a mother labors their contractions and pauses, moments of exhaustion and moments of pushing, moments of wanting to quit, and moments of deep instinctive knowing, no, something real is happening. Transformation can feel that same way. I've learned not to dismiss these moments too quickly because many of my greatest breakthroughs arrived trapped and wrapped in emotional tenderness first. There's often a moment later, after the clarity comes, when I exhale and say, Oh, that's what that was. While we're inside the labor room, the labor room of our experience being turned into something that we never imagined. The experience can feel messy, the thoughts intertwine like strands of spaghetti, one emotion connected to another, one memory connected to another, one realization pulling on the next. So sometimes healing is not about forcing answers. Sometimes it's about gently separating these strands, these invisible strands like of experience that are tangled like spaghetti until breathing becomes easier again. And maybe that's what the stillness of reflection really is. It's not a punishment, it's not overthinking, it's not failure, but participation in your own becoming. I don't know if you've ever felt that way. I have. But I no longer automatically interpret this deep tenderness as a collapse. Sometimes, as I term it, a hurting heart is a stretching heart. Sometimes pressure is preparation. Sometimes the labor pains that we feel as life is birthing a new season in our lives is the evident that life is still moving through us. And maybe that invitation is not to panic during the contractions of this birth, but it is to signal us to breathe, to listen, to allow, and to trust that eventually clarity will arrive, bringing with it a new life, a new spiritual life, a new area of our life that we've been desperately seeking for. And now it is here. But it feels as though we're giving birth to something. This happens to us all. This is a human experience. We all at points in our lives are giving birth to something, something new, a new understanding, a new identity, a new level of truth, a new relationship within ourselves. And although the labor is hard while we're inside of it, the emergence of whatever that thing is changes us forever. This is powerful territory, and I'm calling it a human universal transitional state. It is when pressure connects to emergence, emotional tenderness, transition before clarity, an inner structuring within yourself is the space between two identities, one of who you were and the other of who you are becoming. So when you feel this, understand that there's a compression phase. This is where that diamond is being formed, where the old internal structures begin to reorganize before a new level of alignment can emerge. This is that place where the facets of the diamond are separated in this process of untangling emotional, spiritual, and your known identity layers so that something of clarity can emerge. This is what I call a diamond threshold. It is the emotional doorway between who you were and who you are becoming. And in that place, there is a reflective labor, a soft emotional intelligence. It's your feminine energy, and it could work, especially when you understand that feminine energy is not only in women, it's all of us. So remember this emotional healing, transformation is connected to your nervous system. That nervous system signals the breakthrough. That breakthrough brings an identity shift. The identity shift brings spiritual growth. Spiritual growth brings emotional clarity and self-discovery. So it's time for you to move into that which you are becoming and recognize that if you're feeling discomfort, if you feel like your heart is hurting, not the blood pump, but that emotional space within you, in your heart chakra, and you don't know what it is, but it's uncomfortable, maybe it is your diamond aligning with who you are becoming in a way that hasn't happened in that particular area before. So remember, becoming is a process. That process has stages, and many times part of the stages of our process is bringing the life into this new thing that is occurring, the thing that we've wanted all along. It's time for your becoming. Your becoming has stages. What I'm describing to you is a spiritual breakthrough, and each phase, each step of the way carries a different energy as you enter this doorway. One part of that energy reaches the intellect, your mind. One part reaches your emotion, your memory. As we've talked about this, as your soul, your mind, your will, and your emotions. Another part reaches your nervous system. You feel it, you feel the anxiety, you feel something moving through you, you feel a movement that's unfamiliar to you. Another part of it reaches that spiritual realm where you can feel the connection of your higher self to source, God, the creator, to the universe, and it's moving beyond where you've been, it's moving into your lived experience, but taking it to a place that you never imagined, and then automatically, just out of all of a sudden, the light comes through, and that's exactly the way humans experience breakthroughs. If you've listened at all to people who work with intuition or who uh guide in those areas of understanding, then you know that we're moving through different phases of our life, of what's being reflected back to us due to the pull of the planets around us. And as we do that, we move into new territory, territory that may be unfamiliar, or territory that you've been through many times in the past, but never had the words to express the discomfort of what you're feeling. I know people who have thought that where they are was signaling that something was going wrong with them mentally. And I want to offer you this. Yes, you're changing. Yes, you are becoming, but it's human, and we all go through these very same changes. What's needed is to get still and to get quiet in the discomfort and sit within it to go back as we've learned before and look at what I am actually experiencing? Is the anxiety that I have steeped into generational trauma? Or am I simply feeling the anxiety because now I'm walking in the place that I always wanted to, but I haven't learned yet what might confront me. And in that uncertainty, there lies an anxiety, and that anxiety triggers this discomfort that is signaling you're on the process, everything is right, everything is going in the right direction, and again, I've told you that many times our anxiety is actually there to let us know to keep going. We're breaking through, we're forcing that barrier to release so that we can enter into what we've always wanted. If you haven't done so, join me on New Vibe. I've been announcing to you that I have something new in the works, and I do. And it's taken a little time, that's why I've been absent a little bit here because I'm working day and night trying to complete it, but I believe that it will benefit you, it'll benefit you immediately in your spiritual growth and development. It's time to be who you were created to be. This is the time, this is the season for you to enter in to that which you have wanted all of your life. It doesn't matter how old you are, it doesn't matter because you are becoming exactly who you were designed to be.
