When we think of history and how it's saved we often consider photographs, written records and moving pictures. What's sometimes overlooked is the audio record of the past. Andy Lanset is in charge of finding, restoring and cataloging the extensive collection of audio from two of the New York area's most iconic radio stations; WNYC and WQXR. Lanset is an audio archivist for New York Public Radio and one Saturday morning two radio veterans got together to talk about his unique profession.
