It’s all over the place, it rarely goes how you expect, and half the time it doesn’t make sense… but somehow, it’ll probably sound familiar.
There’s no structure, no perfect advice, and definitely no pretending we’ve got it all figured out. Just honest conversations about what ADHD actually feels like, the good, the bad, and everything in between… said exactly how it happens in our heads.
Because sometimes all it takes is hearing someone else say it out loud to realize you’re not broken… you’re not alone. Your brain just works differently.

We’re talking all-or-nothing thinking, the fear of not doing it perfectly, and how we somehow manage to procrastinate AND care way too much.
