THE VIBRANT 8

Thought seeds.

Crystal Briscoe

Hello friends, crystal here, your fiber at B F. And welcome back to another episode. Where did that thought come from? Well today we are talking about. What I like to call thoughts heats. We all know what seeds are they are, what produces more of itself. So today we're talking about. What are the thoughts, seeds that you are producing more of? And where do they see it even come from? So those of you who are new here. Welcome. Welcome. I'm so happy to have you. I'm so happy you found me through. Kismet connection or through word of mouth or through my Instagram. For those of you who are back. Welcome back again. Welcome back. Back back back again. I get asked the question. How do I know if it's my intuition? How do I not know? It's a projection? How do I know this is really something I want to do? Or something I think I should do. Et cetera, et cetera. Well, the first thing is when we are listening to our intuition. It's going to feel very neutralized. It's usually going to come in. Very quiet. It's not screaming. It's not hollering. It's not chaotic. It's very calm, cool, and collected. That's one way. Another way may be repetition. You keep hearing the same thing or these weird little coincidences keep happening and you're like, wait, I just seen that. Wait, I just heard that. These are just examples of how thoughts eats. How you are able to understand that it's your intuition, your higher self spirit. Again, language is limited. These are just some examples that you may. Feel like, wait. Maybe I need to look this way. Perhaps I need to take this path, whatever it may be. So, how do you know what path to take? You take the path. That lights you up. You make the choice. That brings the most joy. You lean. Into the excitement. Because feeling good is the work. Since we know that seeds are producing more of themselves. What are we producing more off? Because we've talked about it before. Whatever we focus on expands. What you think on grows. Everything has a vibration. Everything is at a frequency. So when you're focusing on things of a higher vibration of a higher frequency, you're going to bring in similar things. Things of the lake things that match just like a thought seed. If you're planting apple seeds, you're going to get apples. You can't plant apple seeds. And get grapes and vice versa. It's the same thing with our thoughts. You can't focus on higher things while thinking on negative thoughts. It's what you're focusing on, that you're going to bring more of. Are you focusing on. All the ways it's not going to work. Or are you focusing on all the ways it will. Are you focusing on failing or are you focusing on learning? Are you focusing on scarcity or are you focusing on abundance? Are you focusing on alignment or are you focusing on chaos understanding that it's your subconscious, that is running your programming. It's where the thoughts seeds are produced. So what is your subconscious telling you? What are the thoughts? Underneath what you may be, even speaking. That is what you're actually producing. That is what you're going to produce more of. So if you are speaking of abundance and expansion, But you keep looping through scarcity and limitations. That's an indication that your thoughts seeds are being produced from a place of limiting beliefs. That's because that is the programming that your subconscious is running on. So how do you change your subconscious first? You have to get curious. You have to understand what it is first and foremost, what you're even thinking about. Not what you're saying, not what you're necessarily even hoping for, but what is actually in the garden. Let's take this very slow and very simple. You have a garden. Your garden is your mind. And in your garden, there are seats. These are seats that maybe were given to you, a childbirth, maybe the seeds that your parents had, maybe they're seeds. You've picked up on your way through life from family, friends, coworkers. But nevertheless, they, your seats and you get to decide if you want to plant them in your garden. Now many of us already have gardens in place because we were young and our parents planted these seeds. So if the seeds. And these fruits and these thoughts that you are producing are not of what aligns to you and your authentic self. You have the power, the authority and the right. To replant new seeds. Rip out what doesn't serve you and replant with something that does. So what is it that you are desiring? What is it that you want? What is it that you believe? If your garden has a lot of weeds, we'll use, for example, Now these weeds could be confusion. This could be people in your surroundings, in your groups that aren't of a higher vibration that are maybe negative. That are maybe toxic in some cases. That are projecting their fears onto you. This is what can cause the weeds and our gardens. This is what can actually strangle out the seeds that we are planting. This is why it's so important. The company, we keep the environments that we put ourselves in, because you may have great seeds that are of higher vibration that are productive. If you're placing them in soil that is depleted. That is next to toxins. It's not going to produce what it is you're hoping for. They may get strangled out. They may die off. They may be very weak, whatever the case is, you want to make sure that your surroundings, that your environment is have proper nutrition. That you're getting enough sunlight that it's getting enough water. And this is being watered by. Again, the people around you, your environments. So you get to decide what seeds you are wanting to harvest. Is it seeds of trust? Is it seeds of peace of love of clarity? Whatever that is, make sure that the soil is ready to take it. I don't want to plant seeds on top of toxicity. You don't want to plant seeds. Next to the weed. So we have our garden. We have inspected our garden. AKA. Our subconscious. What is actually edifying, what is actually in alignment. We've ripped out what doesn't serve us. Maybe things that were planted by our parents, family, friends, experiences. And once we've ripped that up. We're going to till the ground. This is where we're going to really start finding out what aligns to us. What sparks joy, what makes us excited? Maybe it's a new job. Maybe it's a new home. Maybe it's a new location. But we're going to start making sure that we're creating a proper environment. We're going to surround ourselves with people, places, and things. That bring us joy. Then once we have these seeds that we're desiring to flourish, whatever those may be, we're going to plant those with the belief. That we're going to receive that we're going to reap a beautiful harvest. That it's going to grow because we're going to continually nourish it. We're going to keep the soil water. We're going to make sure there's enough sunlight. This is how we are treating our bodies. What are we nourishing our actual physical bodies with what are we nourishing our bodies with emotionally? What are we nourishing our bodies with mentally? All this comes into play with the thoughts eats. Now I wanted to just reiterate that our thoughts seeds always start within us. I'm talking about what is on the outside as well, but everything always starts internal. Everything starts in our mind in our subconscious, which is why it's so important to think about what you're thinking about. To understand your programming. To understand what it is that you need to live in your highest authenticity. Then you can start to move into the directions. That are going to reflect in your reality, in your 3d realm, in your homes and your works and your friendships, things like that. But everything first starts within. Once we are nourishing. Uh, our mind, body and spirit. Once we have gotten into alignment and there's harmony and there's balance Now, this is progress, not perfection. Everything is not always going to be. Perfectly. Harmonious. That's not real life. If you have plants, if you have gardens, you know, sometimes there's things above that are outside of your control. I have houseplants. I understand that sometimes someone will leave school brown. Sometimes they may get scorched. Sometimes it needs more water without me realizing it. Whatever the case may be. We are constantly checking in with ourselves are constantly reevaluating. What I like to say, auditing. I'm always auditing my life. I'm checking in with myself. I'm doing body scans, which is essentially focusing inward and thinking about what I'm thinking about. Starting from the crown of my head. I go down. I check in with myself. Are there dense areas? Is there pain? All these things are needed for our emotional, mental, and physical bodies. This is our garden. This is how we keep it nourished. This is how we continue to produce beautiful seeds and we're able to reap beautiful harvest and whatever capacity that looks like for you. So we're understanding where these thoughts eats coming from. And we can see, see that maybe no longer service. Maybe we're no longer wanting. This particular flower at this particular fruit, this particular vegetable replant, something else. We're going to plant things differently and different seasons as well. So not all seasons are going to have strawberries. Not all seasons are going to have green beans. Not all seasons are going to have tomatoes. We are going to move in alignment with ourselves, with the seasons of our life. I use these metaphors to help you better understand how. Similar. We are to our physical surroundings, how similar we are to nature. How we have to evolve. And how we have to adapt with different seasons of our lives. I want you to take a moment and to think about what your garden looks like. What are you surrounded by? Are there. Fruits or veggies, plants that are harvesting that are blooming, that don't serve you. Other plants that are maybe strangling out other things that you want to have more space to grow. And understanding, maybe it's a relationship. That has ran its course. That's not to say there's anything wrong with that person. But they may be taking up too much space and your new garden. For example. I've grown pumpkin's they take up a lot of space and they will usually choke out other things in the area. There's nothing wrong with the pumpkin, but maybe I want to grow something else. Maybe there's relationships that's run their course, maybe there's jobs that have run their course, maybe there's locations that have run their course. It's time to plant a new harvest. So I want you to think about what is in your garden. What are the seeds that you're holding? What are the seeds that you're planting? The seeds that are already planted? Are they getting enough water? Are they getting enough? Sunlight? But I want you to be very intentional because this is your garden and you could get, decide. Who comes in your garden and how you want to tend to it. What do you want to grow in it? What is it in your life that you want more of that you're expanding into the excites you. That is our thoughts, aids. I hope today's episode has really helped you to understand the power that you possessed. That you are not only the author of your story, but the gardener of your life. And you get to reap whatever the seeds you have planted. And if there are seeds that have gotten in there that you no longer desire, you have the power to remove them.
