There is no "perfect time", just do it!

Hello friends, crystal here, your vibrant beat F and I just wanted to let you know, there is no perfect time. You just have to do it. Well, what is it? It's whatever. It is. Welcome back to another episode and it has been a week. It's been a week for, I don't even, you know what? It hasn't even been a week. It's been like 72 hours. We just had a full moon in Capricorn. And if you're new here, I am an astrology. Girly. I am not super well versed, but I had no enough. Of what's going on in the cosmos and how it can affect me and people around me. And we've just had a full moon on Sunday, and this is the best way I explain it to those of you who have no flipping idea. What. Astrology and signs and all that means very simply. During a full moon. It affects the tides of the ocean. How much more do you think a full Mon is going to affect our little finite bodies? I made up mostly of water. It really is that simple. If you have worked in. The hospital sector or with children. You know that during full moons things can get really interesting. For lack of a better word. So this full moon was on Sunday. And it's been a process ever since long story long, it's been bringing up some limiting beliefs that are still hanging out, hanging out in the background, hanging out in the subconscious that I am so intentionally. Aware of and work on and move through and it's like, wait, what is still back there? I mean, how deep does this garden go? But in any case, What I want to focus on today's episode is just do it. What is it? It's whatever it is. You know what the it is when I first said there is no perfect time to do it. What's the first thing that came to mind. That's what I'm talking about for you. Is it. Writing a book. Is it quitting your job? Is it moving? Is it leaving the relationship? Is it working out? Is it eating better? Is it using your voice more? Is it blogging? Is it blogging? Is it sleeping more? Is it drinking more water? Is it whatever it is? There is no perfect time. I will start doing X, Y, and Z when there is one, two and three. Wouldn't that be lovely. Wouldn't that be lovely. If life worked in this beautiful harmonious ABCD. Symphony alphabet it doesn't. It doesn't, it's the letter a and then a cell letter J and then it's the color blue. And then it's the. Shape octagon like it, there really isn't any rhyme and reason. It's just. Moving in your alignment and our alignment. It's ebbs and flows of life. There's different seasons. There's different layers to all of us. We are mind, body and spirit. So what's going on in your mental world? What's going on in your emotional world? What's going on in your physical world? All of this is going to have a play. And what makes you think you can, or you can't, or it's not the right time. Quote, unquote time. Time is an illusion. Yeah, I'm on one today. I am just sitting here, applying everything I'm saying. On this microphone to myself. It's not just to you. I never come on here and express anything that I am not currently going through, have gone through. It's a lifestyle. It's a work in progress. It is intentional living day by day, getting up and making a choice to say, am I going to keep looping through low vibrational thought patterns and vibrations? Or am I going to choose again? Am I going to choose the higher vibration? Am I going to look from a new perspective? Am I going to move out of my comfort zone? Whatever that looks like for you. This is your sign. This is your message. This is me telling you. Just do it. There is no perfect time to start eating better to start. Removing alcohol to stop smoking, to leave a job, to fill in the blank. Now, with everything being said, there's always a spectrum, right? Should you quit a job? And you have 32 cents? I don't know. Maybe. I'm not even the person to say, well, make sure you have a good savings before. I'm not even that type of person. I'm the type of person that says you were probably told to quit the job six months ago when you had$20,000 and then you took a trip to Greece or whatever. I don't really put those types of limitations because I don't know what your journey is. Only, you know, that. And there's people all the time who quit the job. And it doesn't make any matrix sense. We talked about this before the matrix living within the constructs and the indoctrinations. Good bad, indifferent, whatever you want to label them. Neither here nor there, but basically. At the end of the day, leaning into your intuition and more times than not, it may go against the status quo. It may not make any matrix sense, but lean into your intuition anyway. Because if you keep saying, I will quit this job. When I have$800,000, I'll start working out. Once my kids go to school, you, you get the idea. And I'm not saying that that isn't logical and I'm not saying it doesn't make any sense, but what I am saying, there's always going to be something. And if you're an adult, You should know. That, when you think once season's over, it's just another season coming about. There's always going to be a quote-unquote list. You get to decide what you put on it and guess what, how is it that people are like, I can't do this, or I can't do that. Something happens major and they have to do it. And they always find a way, why is that? Why do you have to be four to the point of, oh my God, I had to lose my grandmother before I actually went and visited my family. Why do you have to go to that extreme? Because isn't it funny? How you somehow made time, money, and effort to see these people when it was a funeral. Why, why? Because you were waiting for the perfect time. Well, I can't really take time off right now to visit grandma because of this. Oh, grandma's past. Now I can go to her funeral. What? This is basically the logic. There's always going to be something coming up that is already up that's around the corner. Decide. What is important to you decide and listen and lean into your intuition. If your intuition is telling you to. Fill in the blank. Do it. Do it and you'll know when to do it. This is where the spectrum comes in. Every single thing that is dropped into our spirit into our mind. We talked to last week about thought seeds. Maybe there needs to be a germination process. Maybe there actually needs to be some sprouts. It's going to be a case by case scenario, but for you to say. I have to wait until this tree is a hundred feet tall for me to sit under it to garner. Shade is just ludicrously. And it really keeps many of us stuck and stagnant and looping because there's always going to be a reason of why. We can't or why we shouldn't or why we need to wait versus just living in doing an adjusting. And acclimating to what is currently happening. Okay. So, what does this look like? Y'all know how much I love to express and to share to teach. But the ultimate thing I love to do is give a clickable steps, actionable steps. What does that look like? So if we. No, there is no perfect time and we just need to do it. What does that look like? It looks like first getting clear for this moment right now in time. Eight times out of 10, nine times out of 10, you truly know what to do. What is happening is there's a lot of. Chatter, a lot of confusion, a lot of allowing other people's projections and your own indoctrinations or limiting beliefs. Come up infiltrate and cloud. What it is, you know, you need to do so getting clear on what it is you want understanding, clarity, neutralizing the situation. That is number one. How do you neutralize? Well, one is getting in touch with your self understanding what it is that makes you tick. What does crystal need? What is her. Unique blueprint. We all have it, our little characteristics, our little interest. Secrecies what makes us us, we need to understand how we. Work, how we think, how we tick. And then we can have a better understanding and have a clear channel on how to listen and get clarity. We're going to get that clear channel by meditating by creating space. Uh, by allowing quiet. It can look different for a lot of people. Some people run, some people walk, some people swim, some people, sun Bates on people actually meditate. Some people. Whatever that looks like for you. When I say meditation, it's about getting quiet and getting within yourself. Now, what type of meditation and how you do that? It's a case by case scenario. Don't feel pressure to have to sit in complete silence and a room for 30 minutes to get a clear channel. depending on the season, you are in your life, is going to depend on what that looks like. Some people can take three minutes of quiet in a bathroom, in a shower. And a closet and get clear and get an understanding and be able to tap back into yourself. Now, if you're able to get 20 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour of meditation, brah VA. It's not about the time. It's about the intention. It's about the effort it's about. Putting forth to connect back into self, to clear the chatter, to clear the clutter and get a clear understanding back into self, into your highest self. So having a meditation practice. Having a practice that helps you to get out of your head and into your body. The next thing is actually moving the body more times than not is so much stagnant energy. Now for myself, I personally was expressing how I could tell there was a lot of inflammation in my body in different seasons are going to bring up different things. What have I been eating? What have I been drinking? Who have I been listening to? What I've been watching all this, going to have an impact on our physical bodies. And a lot of people think, oh, it's just a show. Oh, it's just a friend group. Oh, it's going to have an effect on your body. What is your cortisol levels? What is your stress level? This is all going to have. An effect on you, your mind, not just your body, but also your mind. So moving your body is another way to get out of your head into your body so we have meditation, whatever that looks like for you. We have actual body movement to. Move stagnant or dense energies in our body because energy cannot be destroyed. It can only be transmuted. So transmuting stagnant, low vibrational, negative thinking. And when you move, getting out into nature. Walking grounding, whatever that looks like, it's going to help get a clear channel as well. Now, what do we do? Journaling is an amazing way. These are all very simple steps. I'm sure you've heard it time and time again, but how many of you are actually putting it into play? Listen, I love to do all these things and I basically do them almost every single day and some days it's still a struggle. I know the benefits, it gives me, I know how I feel in my body, but it's still sometimes a struggle because my old self, my subconscious, my, whatever, my environment, my mood. Whatever may be is like, no, we don't want to work out. We don't want to meditate. I don't want to write it down. And you have to ask yourself in those moments. Is this my old self or is this my higher self? Do I want to rinse and repeat, or do I want to come from a higher perspective or do I want to lean into my intuition and lean into my highest self? That's saying, you know, the benefits of doing these practices daily of doing these practices on a regular basis. That's always going to be a choice. Now you want to put it into action. And this is where a lot of people can move through the routines and check it off. All right, I've done my workout. I've done this. I've done that. Now, putting it into action. What does that look like? It means to listen. If you feel like you need to change gyms change. Jobs change. Apartments, whatever it is. Actually moving in those directions now instead of getting paralysis on all the logistics, trust me. I understand. Remember I am a Virgo. Stellium essentially, that means I have a lot of Virgo placements. Virgos can be very hypercritical. We are ruled by the planet. Mercury understanding these things about yourself will help you to. Better navigate. I can very easily get stuck in my head. I can very easily start to worry about every single little detail. But over time, because I know this about myself. I've created more space more flow to release control what you do have is intention. What you do have is action. And when you lean into your higher self, when you lean into what brings you joy? It's going to allow for more flow and it's going to be flow over force for me because I now understand that operating in force. Is going to cause way more stress on my nervous system. It's going to absolutely. Put me in my fight or flight freeze, fond state. It's absolutely going to increase my cortisone levels, which is also going to increase. All the extra that comes with that. So let's do a quick recap. What do we do? To understand that there is no perfect time and that we just need to do it. First of all, understanding that it is something that's already a part of us, it's already a version of us that has done that particular thing. Was it moving? Was it changing careers? Was it. Leaving your partner, whatever it may be. And it doesn't have to be extreme things. It could be something as simple as I'm changing my nail technician. I actually did that about a month ago. It could be something as big as moving to another country. I've also done that. The fact that matter is understanding that these thoughts just don't come out of nothing. These thoughts aren't just through us, Moses. It's usually thought seeds that are our higher self are dropping into our spirits to help us to get more into alignment, to live and our full authenticity. And as we've said before, to live in your magic, which is your magnetised align, guided, intuitive clarity. So understanding what it is you're going to get clear. What is it that you want? How do you understand what you want? You're going to meditate. You're going to create a space, a practice for you to get out of your head and into your body. That way you can have a clear channel. And when you have a clear channel, you're going to also be able to move your body to move any dense areas, stagnant areas that have you looping through negative and low vibrational patterns. Once you understand that you're going to journal, write it down. Do you understand that by writing things down, you increase it by happening by over 40%. Just by writing it down and then you're going to move in that direction. Lean into what lights you up. Feeling good is the work truly. Don't worry about all the logistics. It doesn't have to make matrix sense. If it has dropped into your spirit. If it is something you are leaning into, the universe has your back. You are a co-creator, you are powerful, whether you can, or you can't you're right. And then move in that direction. Is going to become easier over time. You may have seasons where it's a little bit more sticky, if you will, where you feel a little bit more apprehension. It's totally normal. Give yourself grace, but keep moving forward. Like the. Disney movie, meet the Robinsons. Keep moving forward. Even if you have to have a pause for a moment. Keep moving into the direction that lights up your soul.
