How happy are you?
If you’re under the age of 25 and you live in Canada, the U.S., Australia or New Zealand, you are among the unhappiest of generations. That’s according to the latest World Happiness Report.

At an age that’s seen as the launchpad to adulthood and usually associated with hopes and dreams for the future - this is deeply concerning. Why are young people in Canada and a number of western countries, unhappy? What’s
causing this decline? When most of the world’s young people are on an upward trajectory, why are GenZ’s in these countries becoming unhappier? We look into this issue as well as what actually makes us happy.
