We talk about the prevalence of burnout in the post-pandemic world and how we can support ourselves in these tumultuous times. Melissa shares stories from her own personal journey and inspires us to trust our intuition and body. 

Melissa Nkomo is a certified mindfulness and somatic practitioner. Her own practices of self-exploration, self-regulation, and self-keeping are the soils from which the seeds she’s planted sprout.
