Show Notes

Hi All! I am back with another Episode of Understanding Us, and this week we'll be talking about expectation, burnout, and how we can begin to redefine our relationship to ourselves in this New, (semi) post-Pandemic world.

So many of us want to go back to the old way of being, and are having a tough time with what we are expecting of ourselves versus what our actual capacity is these days. Do you feel like you're somehow not able to get as much done as you used to? You're not alone.

I'll get into some definitions of trauma, I'll go on a bit of a rant with an analogy for burnout, and I'll end with some hopeful thoughts of the future and how we can begin to rebuild and course correct after the last 3 years of uncertainty.

Thank you for listening along. I hope this supports you in your journey back to Self.
