Janine Davis is an Executive Coach and Facilitator for venture-backed start ups and has over 20 years in People Operations and Recruiting. She understands the importance individual perspectives play in being a good leader. By understanding where your team members are coming from and having the respect, passion and empathy for their unique perspectives, you will create an inviting and positive environment for them to thrive in.

Outside of her executive coaching, Janine also has a keen understanding and passion for animal therapy. She has spent years studying the healing impacts that animal therapy can have on individuals who suffer from PTSD and other mental health issues. She also believes that animal therapy can help people be better leaders professionally and personally.
