In this episode, Greg Aden sits down with David Kong (former CEO of Best Western International) to discuss how relationships, diversity and inclusion are playing key roles in today's leadership.

David Kong came to America as an immigrant from Hong Kong at the age of 18. He graduated from the University of Hawaii with Bachelors degree in Business Administration and soon began working in the hospitality field as a busboy. Eventually, he became the CEO of Best Western International and focused his leadership on building a culture of inclusion and diversity throughout the hotel industry.

Today, David is teaching leadership focused on relationships and diversity through his DEI Advisors project.
