Missed Calls Mean Missed Money
SPEAKER_00What's going on fam? Anthony Hardzog here. Listen, I was literally walking my neighborhood the other day and I saw a cleaning company truck. Beautiful branding, right? Website on the side, everything looked professional. So you know what I did? I decided to give them a call. Can you guys guess what happened? It went straight to voicemail and I never heard back. And what's crazy is the same day one of our students closed a thousand dollar recurring booking every two weeks. That's$24,000 a year from just one client. So, guys, if you're missing calls, you're missing money. And if you think you could just call them back later, you're already losing. So if you guys give me 15 minutes, I'm gonna show you how you can automate your cleaning business so that you never miss another dollar. Let's get it. So, real quick, if you don't know me, my name is Anthony Hartzog. I'm the founder of Cleaning Business University. Me and my wife Janoka built a cleaning business from scratch back in 2017 while working our nine to five jobs without cleaning a single house. We hit seven figures in 2021 and we did it the hard way. We were using technology and tools, we didn't have the right automation, we're using five, six, seven tools just to keep up. Grasshopper for phone, open phone, calendly, launch 27, booking koala, Zenmade, Convert Kit, all these things, it was a mess. In 2023, we decided to use automation and AI. You're out cleaning a house or you're at your nine to five, a lead comes in, they call, you can't pick up, they move on to the next company. That could have been a thousand dollar booking, absolutely gone. Problem number two, slow follow-up. You finally call them back one and two hours later, and guess what? They already booked someone else. Speed to lead is everything. If you're not responding within the first five minutes, you're losing out on 80% of your leads. And problem number three, no follow-up system. So you call them once, maybe twice, they don't answer, you move on. But here's the thing most people need five to eight touch points before they ever book. Five to eight. So if you're not nurturing those leads, you're leaving thousands of dollars on the table. Problem number four, you're doing everything manually calling leads, texting clients, scheduling interviews, requesting reviews. You're working in your business instead of on your business. So, for example, you got 175 opportunities in there. That means that's 3,000 in your pipeline, ready to go. You also got a few things in here. If you're unable to contact the lead or you contacted them and they didn't book, if they did book, unable to service them. If they canceled the cleaning or you completed it, also review requests, these are the pipelines. You can always know where your leads are. Every lead is tracked, you know exactly where they are in your sales process. But here is where the magic happens when a lead comes in, tidy track automatically sends them you know information. So a new lead comes in, and let's say they didn't book your services, it sends them one email the day after they come into the day of your service. If they didn't book, they get an email. Wait two days, they get a text message. A couple days after that, they get another email. Seven days total, they get another email, and so that's within seven-day period, they're getting three to four different touch points. Now, at the end of the seven days, let's say they still didn't book your services, they go into a long-term nurture sequence for the entire year. Like literally. So for the holidays, every holiday in a year, so you got New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, National Celebration Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Women's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, New Year's. So you're not chasing leads anymore. The system is now doing this for you. Number two, tidy nurture. So let's talk about nurturing clients who already book. So let's say a one-time lead comes into your business, but cool, you want them to become a recurring client. So let's say that lead comes into your business. Now you're going to say, you know what? I want to make sure we keep them on the schedule, right? So here's what tidy track does. So now they become a new client or a previous client, and they're getting those monthly emails and weekly text messages as well as the holiday follow-ups to get them back on the schedule. So if they don't convert from a one-time to a recurring, tidy track is now nurturing them into that sequence so that they can become a long-term client. Now, this is where you turn one-time clients into recurring revenue. They call this mailbox money, right? Feature number three, tidypro. This is the booking platform. So this is the game changer, guys. So we built our own booking platform inside of tidy track. So look at this form. It is clean, it is simple, it's to the point. Your clients can find book and pay you 100% online. They can put their address, city, state, zip code, and literally pay you. But I want to show you what it looks like. On you could customize as much of this form as you want. They can select the date, they can select the time, what type of service they want, and you could literally collect payment on it. If you want to do a deposit, some people do deposits, like I want to do a 50% down, or you could do a pre-authorization of the card. So they put their card on file, you don't charge it until after the cleaning is complete. That's totally optional. You can embed this to your website to look something like this. You can edit it to your liking. You can choose your colors. Now I know a lot of this looks technical, but this is already set up inside a tidy track. They can select their home size, they can select what type of cleaning, they can add any extras, deep cleaning, move in, move out, heavy duty pets, and they could pay the full amount or the deposit. And again, you could pre-authorize their card to be charged 24 hours before the booking. So no more showing up and waiting for a payment, no more. I forgot my wallet, or you got to chase clients. The card is already on file. You can hit submit payment and you can be paid immediately. Now, let's move on to tidy proof. Here we are in tidy proof. So review automation. So let's talk about reviews. This is how we went from 250 reviews to over 500 in just under two years using this feature. Now remember this pipeline I showed you earlier where it says review requested. So after every booking is complete, you can now decide if you're going to request a review. And here's what it looks like. So let me pull up that. So if you say, Hey, I want to request a review, that means that you already spoke to the client. And the question is going to be, hey, on a scale of one to ten, how was your experience? If they say four or five, we're going to send them straight to Google to leave your review. If they say one, two, or three, you can now ask them what went wrong before they leave a review so that you could fix it. Or you could say, Were you satisfied with your service? Yes or no, and it literally does the work, rest of the work for you. So it's going to ask them for a review. Within seven days, they're going to get hit up about three times here, right? And this is how you actually get more clients to leave your reviews. You also have the review widget, and let's say you wanted to reach out to multiple clients, say, Hey, we serviced you over the last three months. Would you mind leaving us a review? You can come in here and hit review request and send. Let's say you want to send a pipeline of clients, let's say five, ten, fifteen clients. Uh, the option to leave your review. How many reviews do you think you'll be able to get in your business business because of that one text message or because of that one email? You can see how many requests you got out there that are sitting around waiting. But since you have this automation, this is how we were able to literally almost double our reviews in just a few short months. So now, this is how you protect your reputation and grow your social proof at the same time in your business. Now, one last thing I want to go over is tidy hire. This is the hiring funnel for your business. So if you ever wasted a Saturday interviewing people who didn't show up, this is for you. So here's the funnel every single applicant fills out your form. We are hiring application forms. Going to show you thank you for applying, calendar booking, confirmed, accepted offer, declined, or canceled. Now, the best thing about it is that applicants fill out these forms. Tidy Trick qualifies them based on your criteria. So there's an automation setup for this too. So if anyone comes in, if they do not book, they're sent through an entire workflow where they'll get a text the next day, two days later they're gonna email, three days later they're gonna email, and so on, keep going, and then after they do the nurturing where how to organize your home, how to keep your home tidy things that nature. If they do decide to book with us, they go into active booking campaign, and then if they complete their booking, we we give them emails on to get them on to re-curry, and so on. So that has been extremely helpful because we were doing that manually, and we have a hundred contacts. So just doing those things manually was just really a pain, and now we don't have to do that, so that really helps because it keeps our name in their minds, in our contacts, minds, whether it's email or text. So that has been helpful also with getting reviews, we have automation for that, sending out marketing campaigns. Seeing more reviews coming in? More reviews come in, uh, more people responding. Like if they didn't book with us the first day, they'll respond and say, hey, I'm actually still interested, I just need a few days, or they'll use a coupon code from an email that's spending out two or three weeks later that we have would have never done previously because it would have just took too much thought work.
SPEAKER_01Just the um the leads that we the leads that we spend money on already, just going back and nurturing them, that's money that's spent already like Jenna said with 1300 leads is lost in the source. Well, we don't think we're not able to contact them as often as we would like. But Tiny Street, we're able to keep up with them on a weekly basis and keep nurturing them. When videos come out there, they can contact. We recently had um a lead yesterday that was just a um a client that voted us a month ago, and we thought um she just left the service, but we left the text for us on Tiny Street. She's been receiving you know a lot of leads, a lot of discounts, a lot of promos, things of that nature, she voted us again. So just something as simple as it may seem simple, but it's just constantly we're always looking for new ways that leads. We can go back and reach out to those clients that we already had that we services that's still leads that we already gave to us. We just go back and reach out to the old. Even if you only get one or two bookings, that justifies everything. Of those one or two, you may have three or five more than slow the types we can have now, but in the near future, and we're in their mind. That's half the value. So we spent that.
SPEAKER_02I think we had for a month or two now, and we got a booking from someone who booked with us last April or May, and I was like, oh shoot, like I forgot about hers. That it really comes in handy for that.
