Most cleaning business owners don’t need MORE leads.
They need better systems to handle the leads, customers, cleaners, and opportunities they already have.
After building our cleaning business to over $3 million in revenue, we learned that the more the business grows, the harder it becomes to do everything manually.
In this video, we’re breaking down 7 systems and automations cleaning business owners can use to save time, follow up faster, and stop letting money fall through the cracks.
We cover:
âś… How to automatically follow up with missed calls
âś… Why speed-to-lead matters when a potential customer reaches out
✅ How to nurture leads who aren’t ready to book today
âś… How to automate your review process
âś… How to simplify booking and customer communication
âś… How to automate your hiring and applicant screening process
âś… How to build systems that allow your cleaning business to operate without you doing everything manually
We’ll also take you behind the scenes of TidyTrack, the software we built specifically for cleaning business owners to manage leads, customers, cleaners, communication, bookings, hiring, and automations in one place.

Welcome And Workshop Goal
SPEAKER_07My name is Anthony Hartzog, co-founder of Tidy Track, and this is Damien, the other co-founder of Tidy Track. And today we'll be talking about the CRM. We'll be talking about the automations, a little bit of the back end of what it looks like to actually use AI automation in your cleaning business. So for everyone who is on this workshop, whether you're brand new or whether you've been here for a while, drop a one if you let's see. Drop a one in the chat if you have no idea what tiny track is. Let's start there. Drop a one in the chat if you have no idea what tiny track is. Alright, cool. Drop a two in the chat if you know what tidy track is but you're not using it. So one means you have no idea what it is, two means you know what it is, but you're just not using it. And three is going to be you're already a user of Tidy Track. And you love it. And you love it. So one means you have no idea what Tidy Track is, two means you know what tidy track is, but you're not using it. And number three means that you're already a user of Tidy Track.
SPEAKER_03Thank you, Janice. Thank you, Janice.
SPEAKER_02Nice. Love it. Love it.
SPEAKER_03Cool.
SPEAKER_07Alright, alright. So let me tell you the goal of this workshop here. So every single month, at least once or twice a month, Damien and myself, we come together and we show you guys the software that we built that we put together that some of our members currently use because we know that there's so many softwares out there. You could choose any single one to run your business. But we know the one that we have built is absolutely the best. But we want to give people options, right? We want to show you what the inner workings is. Like I said, some of you guys have no idea what it is, some of you guys know what it is and you're not using it. Some of you guys are already users of the platform. If you have no idea what it is, our goal is to show you what it is today and help you make a decision on it. What are some things you don't see, and what are some things you want to know more about? And if you are already using it, you're just here for fun because you already know that Damien hosts almost daily calls on the platform or the software. So you're just here to get more game, more information, and also show you what's coming down the pipeline when it comes to the software. We got a couple things that are happening. Damien's gonna break us down, break that down. Damien, anything you want to add to that before we get rolling? Nah, I think you hit it on ahead. Cool. So again, one, you have no idea what Tiny Track is, two, you know what it is and you aren't using it. And three, you're just here for the vibes because you already know what it is and you're already using it, you're already loving it. Cool. So I got a micro presentation, but usually we go off the riff once we're going through the actual software, the technology, the automation side of things, you really dive into that portion of it. But is let's formally introduce ourselves. I'm one of the co-founders of Tidy Track and also one of the co-founders of Cleaning Business University. I've been educating people in the space of cleaning business entrepreneurship now for six years. I've ran my own cleaning business now for about eight and a half years. We've done a little over three million dollars, and we've also gone on to educate and help other people launch their own cleaning businesses. And then Damien and myself we came together and we started this beautiful software called Tidy Track because we were getting a lot of the same questions when it comes to automations, when it comes to systems, and we built out this platform, and now we host these calls where we show you guys what the platform is, a little bit about what's going on in the AI automation technology world, and then also the software. And I'll give the floor to Damien.
SPEAKER_03Damien Rufus, an automation guy, systems guy. Like Anthony said, we came together. One of the missing pieces was a one-stop shop, a cohesive shop for all the tools that everybody was using in their cleaning business. We went through, picked their brains, made sure we grabbed all the things that they were doing, put it in the software, and now we present that software to cleaning business companies, new and old, just like yourselves. I was on a call earlier today with a guy who's been in the cleaning business for 20 years and he was looking to automate some things. So we brought him aboard. And so it doesn't matter if you're new or old, there's a place for everybody in our business.
SPEAKER_07Absolutely. So today we'll be talking about how 100 plus cleaning business owners. We have this 100 plus number because we've had over 100 plus people on our platform. They're using AI automation to grow their cleaning businesses, close more leads, and also double their reviews. And we have facts and figures for all of this stuff. And always like to start with facts and figures and numbers. So according to small business, this is a small business tech survey. The average business has five plus AI tools that they're using, whether it's every single day,
How Small Businesses Use AI
SPEAKER_07every single week, or every single month. And some of those tools that they're using it for. So number one, people are just using AI for general research. So they're trying to figure out, they're Googling things, they're on Chat GBT, things like that, right? Another segment of business owners are using it for marketing and content creation, right? This is one of the most common uses. And drop your number in the chat, whether it's one, two, three, whether it's four or five, whether it's all of the above. Let us know how you're using AI technology in your business today. Number three, this is a way to save you guys time. So this might be customer service, right? So you got a communication, you got a chat box. So you ever go to those websites and you see the little chat bots in the corner and they ask you, hey, how can we service you today? A lot of times that's just AI automation, right? Those are just systems in place that are helping you navigate the website. Some people don't want to talk to a human, they just want to get a quick answer in their website. Number four, sales support. This is a big one. So I have had this was back in New York, I had called the local pizza shop. And I called the pizza shop, and instead of it going to voicemail, they had an AI support bot pick up the phone. And what that means is that the support person just going through, hey, who are you? What are you calling for? Obviously, pizza, and you start asking your questions. One of those questions might be pricing, delivery time, size, add-ons, like all of those things. So this is sales support. This is how ways that you can use sales support using AI automation for sales support and then lead generation, right? And number five might be administrative. So this might be scheduling. So a person calling your cleaning business asking for, hey, what's your next availability? Workflow management might be something that comes in with hey, and then we talk about not just AI bots, but we talk about agentic where you can now chat and say, hey, follow up with all my workflow leads that I have in my pipeline. So this might be a number five for you guys. So these are just some of the five ways that people use my automation in business today. So I see Deborah said one and two. Chantel said I use kind of two. Gloria said I do all of the above. That's amazing, Gloria. Liz said I currently don't use AI for my business. Okay, this is our job to help you, right? Some of these tasks. Get off your plate. And we like to show this that there's over 1 million cleaning businesses in the US, and 51% of them don't use AI automation. Now, they're not saying that they don't use it because it's not available to them, but a lot of them don't use it because there's just so many things out there that they know they can use. And another one, one third of them don't even have a functional website. So is there anybody on this workshop, not even a functional website? Is it anybody on this workshop today that does not have a website for their cleaning business? Like when you Google your name, it doesn't even come up on Google because you don't have a website. We family here, there's not no shade. Just I'm just curious. Send me a private message if that's you, right? We don't want anyone to leave this workshop without even having a website.
SPEAKER_03Put it in chat. If you don't have if you have a cleaning business, it's registered and you don't have a website, put it in the chat.
SPEAKER_07Okay, cool. Liz listen, it's just me right now and I'm fully booked looking to scale up.
SPEAKER_03Okay,
Why Websites Alone Do Not Scale
SPEAKER_03so that's perfect. That's perfect. Perfect case scenario. That is literally perfect.
SPEAKER_07So this down right here, according to small business majority. So since Liz can't Liz dropped their business in the chat, I'm gonna use her. And I love the fact that she's transparent about that. She's like, I'm fully booked and I'm looking to scale up, right? These are the things that business owners really don't have. Let me show you an example of that. And a lot of people think that the website is the savior for the business. They're like, oh, if I just have a website, I'd be able to grow, I'd be able to scale. And that's not the case. Because a website won't matter if you still advertise your business like this. And I show this screenshot time and time again. Because I see these business cards. If you zoom in, there is no website listed on this business card, but I guarantee you they have business. And their goal was to scale up, but they can't, they get stuck, they're plateaued. Because even if they did have a website, what's that name in?
SPEAKER_03I got another one for you. Oh, go ahead. As well. Oh man, I thought I had it pulled up. Let me find it on my phone. I have something for your presentation. The exact same thing, and I'm sure she paid a lot for these flyers, but I found it on the ground. Let me see if I can find it. You can keep going. I'll see if I can find it real quick. I think I'm gonna pull up and ready.
SPEAKER_07So in 2026, we're talking about flyers. We're talking about business cards. We're talking about things that more often than not, I don't know about you guys, how many times you get a flyer and you come in and put it on your fridge? How many times you get a flyer, you come in and actually use the flyer that you have? How many times you get a business card and you actually use that business card? More often than not, you're probably not putting that flyer on your fridge because if you're anything like me, I got 20 pictures of my kids on my fridge. So I'm not putting a flyer on my fridge. I'm not putting a business card on my wallet. More often than not, that business card and that flyer is going in the trash. No offense. I don't care how pretty your graphics are, more often than not, people are not going to use it. And if it's anything like opening a store with no traffic, no one's gonna know it exists. So having a website is fantastic, but if you don't have any traffic to come to that website, it doesn't even matter. It's like having building a storefront on a private street that no one knows exists. So if having a website was the one key thing that's going to help you scale to a million, you're absolutely incorrect. Because having that website without any traffic, and then more importantly, once you're getting the traffic in the door, what are you doing with that? So if I sent a thousand leads to your business today, what would you do with it? I can tell you because we've been there. We turned on our Google ads, we were spending, I think, $2,500, and we got all these leads into our business calling, texting, emailing. That's great. But if you don't close those leads today, they're at the front door, they're knocking, they want your services, but once you don't pick up, once they move on, once your price is out there range, those are considered dead leads because you don't have the system in place. So having that storefront is great. Now you got some traffic, but what happens when the people come to your store? You ever seen those places that go viral online? Let me know in the chat. You ever seen a store go viral online? It happens time and time again. We always say we want more business, we want more leads, and then we go viral, God forbid. We go viral, god forbid. You know what happens with virality? Traffic. You know what happens with traffic? Things start to break. And once you're viral, it dies off after a while. So if you aren't fixing those systems before you get there, then you're just
Fix The Leaks Before More Leads
SPEAKER_07sending a bunch of traffic to a website that's going to break. Let me know if that's making sense. Walter says, Yep. Nope. Hope to have one after tonight. So again, a little bit about myself and how we know this stuff. I've personally grown my own cleaning business over $3 million using automation technology. This is a real screenshot of our business. And Damien, our co-founder, he told you a little bit about himself, but you could dive in a little bit more.
SPEAKER_03Sure, like I said, I've been in this automation space, tech space for over 20 years. I've had a marketing agency for just about that time. I'm one of the guys who hop in and build the things, put my hands on, build it from the ground up to make sure we know, under know and understand every piece of the software as we hand it to you for you to run it in your business, right? We want to make sure that you're successful using our platform. So a lot of the times you don't get two founders on a call like this to have conversations about this software. Some sales team, next sales team, but we're in it, Anthony and his business, they use the software. We have had over 200 clean businesses use our software, and we're just now coming into our prime. We love this stuff, and we're in it every day.
SPEAKER_07So, speaking about that, like one thing Damien just said is that you got the two co-founders of the business on this call. And the reason that we do these calls is number one to show you what it is, show you how cool it is. But if this went viral today, it would break. It would break, something would break. Now, Damien is in it to fix it, I'm in it to fix it, we got a team in it to fix it. But when it does go viral, we got a thousand people using it who are hardcore users in the platform. Something's going to break. So this is why he's in it every single day. This is why we do these calls. This is and we'll show you the support side of things too. Because we want to be prepared for that day, it does go viral. But for now, we doing, they call this hand-to-hand combat. Doing a workshop, getting 20-30 people on, showing them what the software is, and then letting you guys explore the software. This is called hand-to-hand combat. And this is why we're still able to do this. Because unless we got a thousand people on it, you won't be seeing me on these workshops once a month. It's gonna be automated at that point.
SPEAKER_03You will see him on it. It'll be it'll be listen, he'll be here. I promise you guys, he'll be here.
SPEAKER_07Cool, man. So again, our customers, our students, our clients have done over $18 million and tracked revenue in their own cleaning businesses, and we built this software because we've seen the same issues time and time again. So I had the same issues in my business. So I was using five different tools. If you guys are already inside a cleaning business university, you know there's quite a few things we recommend inside of our platform, right? And we do that because that's the way we built our business, right? We we want people to have options, but we understand too many options leads to you not making any decision. You guys ever heard of something called decision fatigue? So you had a website, you got email, you got text message, you got marketing, you got leads, you got follow-up, you got reviews, you got your phone calls, you got automation, you got calendars, you got bookings. You guys want me to keep going? That's what decision fatigue is. So I've known Damien for some time now, and I was like, listen, this is what we're doing, this is our business. He's like, Oh, yeah, we can figure something out, and that's why we built this software. Because every business has the same five leaks: missed calls, slow follow-up, inconsistent bookings, hiring friction, and too many tools needed to actually run your business. So this is why we say this will save you time and help you make more money in your business without doing more work. So when we talk about our system TidyTrack Pro, your all-in-one booking platform and operations. So Tidy Track is not just a CRM, it is literally a business operation center. You can do every single thing in your business from TidyTrack. So manage customers, manage cleaners, manage schedules, manage clients, all in one place. So leads, when you get leads coming to your business from Google, from Yelp, from Thumbtack, from Facebook, wherever you're running leads, they're going to be in your tidy track platform. And now you can convert those visitors into paying clients. So, yes, if you already have a website, you can utilize tidy track. Tidy Nurture. So every single lead that comes, remember we talked about that store. If you have a store that goes viral and those clients do not book you, what happens? You usually move on. I know when I first started, I was moving on. I got 10 leads I gotta call. I can't call all 10 right now, moving on, right? The clients are moving on as well. Tidy Nurture is one of the features, one of the platform features. So now it can automate the process to nurture those leads. So a thousand people come to your website, all a thousand people are not going to book your services. Tidy Track can now say, Hey, you came to the website. Hey, here's a discount code. Hey, here's an email. Hey, here's a software reminder, right? Here's a holiday reminder. We got back to school coming up. TidyTrack now nurtures those leads until they're ready to book your services. I had a lead come into our business in February and they didn't book till August. That entire time, you know what was happening? Let me know in the chat. What do you think was happening to that lead? They were getting nurtured. You ever heard of the Google, what is it, 7 Eleven Four rule? Your clients need to see you seven different times, 11 different places, four different platforms. You got emails, you got text messages, you got social media marketing, you got reminders. So these are nurturing campaigns, and they're already built down inside of TidyTrack. And we'll show you. So turning more leads into clients and then tidy proof. So this feature alone almost doubled our reviews. So this is why we're able to show people we have over 500 plus reviews for our business because Tidy Track helped us do that. After a client was serviced, you would call, text, email, oh yeah, your customer, your service is great. How many times have you guys left a review in the last 30 days for a small business or anybody? Let me know in the chat. One time, two time, let me know. Hey Chantel, I'll get to your question. Deborah said three times. That's actually pretty good. Three times in the last month. How many times have you guys left a business a review in the last 30 days? Good, bad, or indifferent? Okay, three, three.
SPEAKER_03Three's a magic number.
SPEAKER_07Zero. One. Now, I'm asking you this question not to put you on the spot. Because think about from your client's perspective. People only want to talk about you when something negative happens. So, for example, like this, there was this festival that just happened this weekend. Huge black festival. Only thing you see online is the negatives. Because the people who had a good time, they moved on. It was like I had a great time. If somebody wants to ask me about my experience, I'll tell them. But more often than not, if we go to a great restaurant, we might tell a family from family member, we might tell a friend. Unless we get asked about it, we will. But more often than not, we had a great time. Me and my wife Janoka, we talk about marriage and being single and things like that. People who are married and happy, they don't talk about it. They just married and happy modern-day business. But people who are single or upset or divorced, they talk about it every single day online. Because negative travels faster than positivity. So going back to reviews, right? Once a client leaves your services, they're happy. They're moving on with their life. They got a happy and clean home. But now Tidy Track is doing that nurture. Hey, you said you were happy. Hey, you said you can leave the review. Hey, here's an incentive. It does it for you. So this is you this saves you hours every single week. So whether you're a new cleaning business owner, starting cleaning business owner, or scaling cleaning business owner, every single person can use Tidy Track. So, for example, Chantel, do you recommend automation when very early in the business? I had only chatted with leads 10 times. Absolutely. You should have it in your business because something's going to get missed. So
Tidy Track Overview And Core Modules
SPEAKER_07we're going to dive into the system. You guys ready? Type ready in the chat. This is when Damien takes over and he dives into the system. So I'm going to stop sharing.
SPEAKER_03Okay, cool. So I'm going to run through what I wanted to share a little earlier. Let me show you guys this real quick. So this is what I found on the ground. Okay. Cleaning services. Looks like you know this. Because I use AI every day, all day. You know it's shut. I know exactly what where this was created, right? So sure. She's using a little AI in her business, a little tech forward. Maybe somebody made it for her. That's fine. Cool. There's a telephone number here, and there's an email. Okay. Email's a Gmail. All right. So one of the things here, when you come into Tidy Track, we help you get a business branded email or a business branded email and a business branded domain name if you don't have one already. We help you get those things. That way you show up a little more professional. That's the only thing we're going to dive into as we go through this a little demo today. Okay. We're going to say all the things. If you feel like you have some of the same things that has in her business, we're going to walk you through a perfect use case of what you can turn into this, why she should be using Tidy Track. Correct. So first thing here, I don't see a website on this flyer. Anybody see a website on this flyer? Nope. So there's only the only way to talk to her would be to text her. Listen, I've texted her just to see what would happen, and I didn't get a reply. That's the only reason why I'm picking on that. Okay. No reply. The only input that she has is this this message. So what was the next thing I do? Most people will just move on, right? Listen, I couldn't get a hold of her. I'm just gonna move on. To the next person. But I give you what Fiona's about, right? Let me type in cleaning services to see what comes up. First thing we have here is not her website, right? She's what did she say? Where she would say she was at in the Tempe, Mesa, Phoenix area. Just playing companies in Nova Scotia. Okay. Not in Phoenix, right? So even if I wanted to get a hold of her, this would take me to somebody else's website. She can't buy because somebody else owns it. Okay. Had she, I don't know when she started it, so I won't say that, but she doesn't have her own domain name. So every time somebody searches for her, somebody else is going to come up, right? One of the benefits of TidyTrack, you do get a SEO optimized website that we give you to edit on your own. So when people search for your name, as long as you do the SEO work on your website, it will show up when people search for it, just like this one does. See how it's nice and clean and easy. You get this template when you come inside a tidy track that you can add it on your own. So when people search for you, this will come up. Not like okay. Another thing here was what don't you guys see here? When people what don't you guys see here when you search for her business? Go ahead, put it in the chat.
SPEAKER_07Website, there we go.
SPEAKER_03You reviews, website. There you go.
SPEAKER_07Contact info. There you go. Google Business Profile.
SPEAKER_03Yep, this is your Google Business Profile. Okay, you learn how to set this up. There's a website button. There's a website, and we're gonna go there in a second. But you don't see reviews because that's the first thing that pops up here that people that pops out to people that has reviews. But inside of Tidy Track, we have a whole review system. So where when people finish or whenever you finish a booking, we have an automated system that will help you build those reviews up. Like Anthony told you a little bit earlier, right? Tidy Track helps them get five-star reviews, right? Four stars review. And we have a system. If they don't give you a four or four-star or better, a system that will help you get that five-star review. It's all automated for you inside of a tidy track. Okay. Maybe it's the same person. I don't know. Okay. Same, same supplier, kind of here. I can't click on the image. Got our price. I can book an appointment. Let's see what happens here. Name, email, confirm. That's it. Okay. Is it asking me for any payment information? Nope. Tidy track. We don't do that. Once they submit this information, we capture that person's first name, last name, and email, and we instantly send them over to a booking form so they can book in our platform. Okay. They go through the booking process and they book in our platform right away. So you don't lose that person's information and they book right away. Okay. Period.
SPEAKER_07Damien just gave us a whole masterclass there. That was literally a masterclass. Not done yet, but we said this is a good way to show the software, like the important go ahead, keep doing your thing.
SPEAKER_03Okay. I don't want to harp too much on, okay, because it's not fault that she's not inside a tidy track. Because had she been inside a tidy track, she would hop on a call every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 8 a.m. to get help in her business because we do a call every day. And on Wednesdays, we do a group call at 8 p.m. Anybody can hop on any call, but she can hop on the calls on Monday and learn, hey, this is what I need to do for my website. On Tuesday, she can learn, hey, this is how I optimize my booking form. On Thursday, she can learn about setting up her hiring funnel. On Friday, she can talk about movies because we just kind of hang out on Fridays of the call and get to know each other a little bit better, right? But that's what we do inside a tidy track, which you're not going to get that anywhere else at Daily Call with one of the founders or the team to grow your cleaning business. All right. That is, let's see what else we got here for maybe Jennifer Vega. Listen, this site versus, and there's nothing wrong with basic sites, okay? I'm not gonna get on her about that. But if somebody comes here versus somebody coming to a highly, again, SEO optimized a website, looks a little better, looks a little cleaner. You guys get this for free when you come inside of tidy track to edit on your own. Okay. But I got that? Cool. All right, let me know.
SPEAKER_07Another thing is that's going to set you as so we talk about what makes your business different from the competition. So she could be the best cleaner in the world. But if two users are looking at your presentation, they're going to assume that you have a higher-end luxury service just based on the way you present yourself. No matter how good you are, if I show up in a suit versus me showing up in basketball shorts, they're going to assume that my price is going to be a lot higher than the person showing me in basketball shorts. Even though the services might be 10 times better, right? They're going to go based on your presentation. It's the same thing in the digital space. If two users visit your website, one has a polished presentation, they're going to assume, oh, this is a luxury service. I'm going to automatically assume a higher price point. They see uh your URL name, your actual cleaning business name versus your.gmail, they're going to automatically assume this person that got their stuff together, they got their website together. I'm going to automatically pay higher prices without even batting an eye, because that's what they're going to assume based on their presentation. We all do it every single day, whether we know it or not. This is just the digital aspect of it where your actual clients and users are judging you based on your presentation. That's why all Tiny Try users, we gotta make sure your presentation is right when you go out there in front of customers.
SPEAKER_03Let's see. Farah, is that how you say that? Ferrara, you can come off of mute. How do you say anything? I'm no one butchering it.
SPEAKER_07I don't know if they heard you. So what do you think about that? You mean the flyer? What's the question I had?
SPEAKER_03Yes, I'll tell you what happens if I call and you don't answer the phone.
SPEAKER_02Are they still here?
SPEAKER_07What do we think about the flyer? It's a good looking flyer.
SPEAKER_03It's pretty it's pretty. What happens when I call you, you don't answer?
SPEAKER_07And it also doesn't have a website link on it. That's another thing, too. So unless you're available 24-7 via call or text, you need to be sending people to your website. And also the email address should probably be the business name because if I'm trying to oh, did you come off mute? Oh no. If I'm trying to email you, I have to know how to spell your name in order to do that.
SPEAKER_02Every single time, right?
SPEAKER_07And I'm probably gonna mess that up for sure.
SPEAKER_06Sorry, sorry, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Okay, great, great. When you call a number, because everybody gets a telephone number when they come in the tidy track. When somebody calls your number and tell in tidy track, one or two things are gonna happen. If you miss the telephone call, we have a thing called miss call text back. So as soon as somebody calls and you miss it, we send out an automated text message that says, Hey, sorry we missed your call. This is tidy track. How can we help? No matter if you're around or not, within 60 seconds, that gets sent out to that person. Okay, it's called speed to lead. So we want to be touching these people or reaching out to these people if we miss the call as soon as that happens. We also have another way to where we don't miss phone calls, and we have a voice AI agent. So the voice AI agent will take the calls and capture all the information that the voice AI needs to capture in order for that call to be completed or for them to talk to somebody, your voice AI agent will pick up the phone. So when you can't call or you can't take the call or you miss the call, we have something
Missed Calls Text Back And Voice AI
SPEAKER_03for both of those. Okay. 24-7. 24-7 inside of Tiger Trap. Okay, thank you.
SPEAKER_07You're welcome. All right, so Walter says if I get tight trapped, well, I need another email besides the one I use for Gmail as my business email. So, Walter, you don't have to use another email, you can use your current one, but I would definitely recommend you having a domain-based email address for your business. It's going to come off a lot more professionally than your Gmail. You could keep your Gmail and you could forward it to your professional one or vice versa, just depending on how you want to do it. But I recommend everything client-facing be your URL. So it would be like at businessname.com versus the at Gmail because it's just presentation. So you can keep your email address, but we just recommend forwarding it over if you want to keep that Gmail. Like, can I use my own number or can tidy track forward those calls to my number?
SPEAKER_03You can use your own number and you can forward your tidy track number to that telephone number. The reason why we give you guys a tidy track number is because you need to be able to track everything. Track phone calls, record phone calls. That's the only way you get better if you have data to get better, right? You can't get you can't track or you can't improve your service, your delivery, your tone, all that stuff if you're not recording those phone calls and having that information to train you, your staff, or whoever to take those phone calls. That's why we push it through and give you a tidy track number. You record your phone calls, your text messaging, and we call it oh my gosh, can't forget that job, omni omnipresent, right? So all your communication is in one place, not all over the place. You don't have your email in a separate email box, you don't have your text messages in the text or separate text messaging box. All of it is in one channel inside of Tidy. Let me show you guys that now.
CRM Inbox Booking Calendar And Portals
SPEAKER_03That way you don't lose things, right? The worst feeling in the world is to have somebody call you and be like, hey, I text you last Friday. Are you supposed to be here Tuesday? What happened? And you're looking for the text, trying to figure it out inside of Tidy. We have that inside of conversations. So you'll see all of the conversations here for you to follow up with, right? Here's a call. You see the call was recorded, voicemail was recorded. This guy called in a couple times, right? All of that is here. This is the missed call text back, right? Hi, this is Phoenix Area Cleaners. Saw that we missed your call. How can we help? This is a landline, that's why you guys see that. But all of it is in one place. All of the communications here, emails, text messages, all the things are in one central place, so you don't have to go buy for them. Telephone numbers and all that stuff. This is Tidy Track. When we hop into Tidy Track Pro, this is version two of our first build. You guys are getting to first look at the newer version of Tidy Track and Tide Track Pro. All of the stuff is here, right? And this is user-led. The users every day they'll hop and say, Hey, I think we should have this. I think this should be in there. They're building the exact platform that they want real time with us as we go through V2. So this is the booking calendar. This is the booking calendar. You see all your bookings here, your providers, cleaners, they're over here. You can see what's assigned to who, when, and where. So if I click here, it tells me this is the schedule or this is the booking. Let me go check out the full booking. This is still going back to V1, but we'll show you what V2 looks like. But it gives you all of the information of the booking, right? Customer information, nearby jobs, so you guys can have all your jobs in one place. We call it route density for the day. So you're not hopping over each side of the town trying to get to this job and that job. You cluster the jobs that are in the same area together. That way you make more money for that day, right? That's a new feature that one of the one of our users wanted that we put in. Okay. Gives you the job service details, all the house information, additional information, notes that are visible to the customer, internal notes that you don't want the customer to see. And then this customer standing notes, these are long-term notes that you want to keep on the record in case you provide a different provider to those records. Okay. Time tracking gets you all the information on how long it's going to supposed to, or how long it's supposed to take, how long it actually took, and how efficient you were. This is a new metric on the job, right? If it says, hey, total estimated is four hours and it took you eight, that's not very efficient, right? So maybe there's some things, some some training stuff you have to do with your people to help get that to 100% efficiency, just a data metric, and then gives you all the information for the booking here. They can add tips. We have gift cards, all of this stuff inside of Tidy Track Pro for you guys to use.
SPEAKER_05So I have a question. I'm sorry, I couldn't find the hands-up thing on this in the workplace. So does TidyTrack automatically cluster your appointments for you, or is that something where we go in and we manually move things around?
SPEAKER_03Either way, there's a switch in the back where you can turn it on to cluster it for you, or as you can see, it shows you the jobs in the area that you can say yes to this one. It you choose what direction you want to go there.
SPEAKER_05And do our contractors have access to that? We get calls that come in for bookings and we dole them out based on our contractors' schedule and areas that they can work. So do they go in and do they have access to see that? So it's easier for them to manage their day for bookings. Are they able to access that?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, we got something even better. They have their own portal. Nice. Yep. So if you hop into let me try the new design, I want to see what this looks like live because I haven't been in here in a few days. So this is their portal when they log in. They'll see their jobs for the day, their pending payouts, how many jobs they completed this month. This time, this clock-in is for time outside of jobs, like for meetings and trainings or office work. If you're training them and they want you want to pay them for their hours, you would use this. And for your internal team, they would use that. But yes, they see all this, they see their schedule here. They can manage their schedule here. They can do it by week, month list, they can download it via PDF if they want to. Let me go back here and then availability. They set their availability here. There you go. It's on the new, this is a new version. So they can go in and say, hey, I'm available Sundays, starts 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. They can click on days that they want to have off here. If they need extended days off, they can send you a message inside of here. They can go completely offline, which means they're not available at all. Let's say something happens to where the your booking calendar won't pick up on their availability. So that's all inside of here as well. Right. They can change their passwords, edit their profile, they'll see all their jobs here.
SPEAKER_05This is we just give them a link and then they can go in and correct.
SPEAKER_03Yep. As soon as you sign them up inside of your platform, it sends them a link automatically, nothing to do on your end. They log in and they have access under their under their portal. Your customers also have a portal. So when somebody becomes a customer, we send them a link as well. They can log in depending on what you want to give them access to. They can schedule jobs directly inside of their customer portal. They can see all the photos that your cleaners or providers have uploaded of their jobs. They can see a history of their jobs, they can buy gift cards in their portal. Your customers also get a portal as well.
Hiring Funnel Filtering And Onboarding
SPEAKER_07Okay, thank you. Three questions, Deborah. And Liz, I'll answer that one. So does Howdy Track help finding new employees contractors? So does it go out and find? No, not currently, but it does help automate the process. So we'll go through the hiring funnel. But in short, essentially, let's say you're advertising on ND, next door Facebook groups, Thumbtack, whatever, or just Google, you're sending people directly to your hiring site. So that might be xyzcleanbusiness.com slash hiring. And then once your leads are in that funnel, we'll show you what it looks like. But essentially, it's going to weed out people based on your qualifications. So let's say, Liz, you require everybody to have at least two years of paid professional cleaning experience, need to have their own supplies, need to be background checked, need to have insurance, need to have their own vehicle, need to have references. So instead of Tight Track, it's going to filter out based on the way they answer their questions. So if you say, My name is Liz, I'm an XYZ cleaning company. I'm required, I'm requiring all my team members to have at least two years of paid professional experience. When they get to that question, it's going to ask them, do you have two years? Yes or no? Based on their answers, TidyTrack is going to say, this person said no, disqualify them or DQ them, and then send them an email in about 24 hours, 48 hours saying, hey, we'll still review the candidates. If you're hired, we'll let you know, blah, blah, blah. They'll go to the DQ column. And then people who are qualified, let's say they have two years, let's say they have a vehicle, let's say they have insurance, it's gonna say, great, you met all of our qualifications. Based on that, it's going to now filter them out to schedule their interview with you automatically. And then once they schedule the interview, the day of the interview, TeleTrack is going to call, text, is going to call you and text you and say, hey, this person's now showing up for their interview. Are you still scheduled? They have to hit yes or no, and they'll connect you on the phone at that point. So does it find new contractors and employees for you? No. Does it automate majority of that process so you just can show up and be your best version of yourself? Yes. Oh, and then we could show what it looks like here.
SPEAKER_03Let's hop into the back end of what that looks like for what Anthony was talking about. So this is our, oops, let me go into this one. This is our qualifier, right? So basically, when they fill out the application, we have this qualifier that pushes them all the way through, puts them in the place they need to be. You guys don't have to worry about this. This is already built out for you, but it pushes in them into what they've answered, essentially what Anthony just said, and qualifies them or disqualifies them when they fill out the application. Now, if they're qualified, we send them texts and emails to get them to fill out the app or to fill out the application or sorry, schedule an interview. So when they this is to push them into schedule, scheduling the interview. And then once they actually schedule the interview, we push it all the way into a phone call to where our platform calls you and then calls them on the other line and connects you guys for the actual interview. Okay. Now that's all automated. The V2 version of this, our updated version, you guys are the first to see this, even before our users because they haven't seen it yet. This is what this is going to look like in our new platform. So simple application link. You can copy it and send it to people. If you when you have your actual website, which we give you, we're still working on moving the actual websites over for hiring because we give you those funnels as well in English and Spanish. For those of you who need Spanish speakers and all of that stuff, I'll just pull this one up. So basically, this gives it to them in Spanish and they can go through the whole process in Spanish. We also have an English, but you can see the career site is what we're calling it. When we move that over, that's what it's going to look like. But it puts them all into this pipeline. Once they come into the pipeline, depending on what they've answered, this will give you this new applicant rating. This is based on the questions and information they answered. You can see their application here. If they have submitted it, any documents they've uploaded will also be here. When they do upload it, you can move them to the different stages, say they are qualified. We do have ways that's automated, right? But you can schedule an interview here. This will give you the interview history, decision history. Also, you can prepare an offer, which will send them a contract, hourly, or salary. You can put the amount here if it's optional, the title that you want to offer them, any documents like our e-sign doc, you can send it that, and you can have our expiration date on the actual document so they can take action. We don't want people just sitting around with this offer for weeks and weeks. We want to know that they want to work for us. So we put that in 24, 48, 72 hours or seven days. And then you can send a message and it would create and cue the offer for them and send it out to them. Okay. This is our new hiring platform. So everything that you saw before is now getting consolidated, so it's not busy into this little nice little hiring segment. So we've learned a lot while we've been going through this process over the last couple of years, and this is the culmination of everything that we learned that we've made it simple and easy for you guys to do these types of things in our platform. I guarantee you, no other booking platform has this hiring platform or module inside of their platform. We also have provider onboarding. Okay, this is also new, which we're super excited about. When your provider logs into their platform or to their portal, they'll have to go through an onboarding process. If you have this enabled, basically, they give them a welcome message. This will have a link to their agreement and then required documents for them to upload. If you want any of that information, if you have links like YouTube videos for your training, you would put those here and they would watch those videos, and then you'll be alerted to their complete.
SPEAKER_07And then we also have training videos for your team. So you would just put those links there.
SPEAKER_05Yep. I was gonna say what this one that you're talking about, is that for the customer or for the contractor?
SPEAKER_03This is for the contractor. Providers the whole hiring process. So that is
Estimates Quotes And Payment Links
SPEAKER_03what our hiring funnel looks like today. And that's brand new.
SPEAKER_07So Walter says, I have my dope. Oh, sorry. Go ahead, Deborah. She said it was awesome.
SPEAKER_05No, I was just saying that looks awesome because I've on I've onboarded three cleaners this week, and I wish I was already in the system because I've been having to go like to three different documents to keep track of who I've hired and gotten all their documents and all of that. So I'm assuming I can upload all of those from what I have, correct?
SPEAKER_07You can okay. Yep. So Walter said, I have my domain. Can I still use that or do I need to get one from Tidy Track?
SPEAKER_03No, you can use your domain during your onboarding. You get three onboarding calls with our team. We don't just drop you into the platform and let you loose. We actually train you on how to use it. We put all your information inside of our platform. And and part of that is mapping your domain to tidy track. That way we can just use your domain with our platform that you already have.
SPEAKER_07And can you send quotes? Yes, you can send quotes. Damn, you want to just pull that up?
SPEAKER_03Sure.
SPEAKER_07So in let's go to you can send quotes and you can send out payment links and you can collect payment directly inside of tidy track.
SPEAKER_03Correct. Uh let me go back to so we don't have that all the way in.
SPEAKER_02V2?
SPEAKER_07Is it v2 as well?
SPEAKER_02Not yet. So inside of me pull this back up here.
SPEAKER_03Here we go. So inside of Titrack Crew, and again you're seeing both versions were almost complete with version two, which is like the new UI, new look. All the features are here. We just make it look a little better. So inside of booking services, you'll come to estimates, you'll create a new estimate. You'll type in the comp customer information. You'll select the services that you have inside of here, your account or whatever. You can have as many services and add-on services as you like. You can change the pricing and all that stuff here. We have a thing called where we can edit the pricing based on the property size. And then this is the estimated price and preview. You can add a coupon code, advanced pricing rules if you have any of those. Some of the pricing rules that we've set up are where you can charge your customer the credit card transaction fee. Let's say if it's 3%, you can pass that on to the customer. You can set that up in advanced pricing rule. You click on create estimate and you can send the estimate off to the customer.
SPEAKER_02So that's in here as well.
SPEAKER_05If we're using Gusto for payroll, yep.
SPEAKER_03So we can we track all of the information and we love Gusto. And I hope every one of our users would send them an email every single day and tell them to give us access to their API because they won't give it to us. But if we get access to we hold all the information, so when it's time for payroll, uh you can export the information outside of TigerTrack and put it into Cusso. So you still have to have those those two systems.
SPEAKER_05Okay, thank you.
SPEAKER_02Yep. You guys should tell that the quote is customizable.
SPEAKER_07All right. So we went through about, I don't want to say most of the features. There's so many more that we could say and go through. We're at the hour mark, but I want to give you guys free range
Support Community And Daily Calls
SPEAKER_07to ask any questions about the software or anything you want to see. Number one, especially if you aren't a Tidy Track user, because if you are, Damien does a call almost every actually, you know what? Let me just show you the calendar. Damien does a call every single day for the Tidy Track users. So you can ask him those questions there. Now, for the people who aren't on Tidy Track and you got questions, we want to give you guys the floor to ask anything that you guys have about the software, about technology, about the automation that Damien and the team has created. If there's anything in particular that you guys got questions around. And we'll get into pricing and let's go through next steps as well.
SPEAKER_04So I'm gonna take oh yep, go ahead. So just to clarify with about the phone thing. So what you're saying is if if I do when I do get tight track, is Tiger Track gonna call the phone my current phone that I have, or is it gonna call us the a totally separate number and that's gonna be forwarded to my phone that I have?
SPEAKER_03So it would be our number and forwarded to your telephone.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_03If you want it, where's your telephone number at right now?
SPEAKER_04It's in Indianapolis. No, no, like what phone?
SPEAKER_03What platform?
SPEAKER_04Oh, Android.
SPEAKER_03Oh, so it's a cell phone, yeah. Yeah, so you can port your number to tidy track. It's a little bit of a process if you wanted to only have that one number. Let's say you printed all of your materials already and been out there for a year or whatever. You can port your number into tidy track and use that number, or that that would probably be the best case scenario for you. But we do give you a number because there's a couple things we got to do. You can't mask text message from your telephone number as it sits right now. You have to go through a process called A2P without getting too technical. It's they put this in place so people could stop scamming grandmothers and sending them text messages. This is a way for them to track that kind of stuff, and it's a process that we do for you on your behalf, but you have to have that in order to send mass text messages to your customer list.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so I would just basically have two numbers going to that my one phone and basically.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Okay, that's fine. That's okay. Yep. Good question.
SPEAKER_03What other questions do you guys have? I know there has to be some. You can't tell us that we're that good that you don't have any questions and you're ready to send.
SPEAKER_07Hold on, hold on, hold on for a second. Hold on for a second. All right, let me just show the platform. Uh cool. Events. Yep. Let me just show. So Tidy Track has its own community, has its own support. So Tidy Track has 24-7 support um inside of the platform. So everybody who joins Tidy Track, you have your own world essentially, your own links, your own calls, your own community, your own support. So that it's strictly around the system, around the technology, around the automation piece. So once you're in, you become a TidyTrack user, you're inside the group. And like I said, they have their own world over here. They have their own videos. So anything you're doing inside of the TidyTrack system, we got videos around events, they have their own event. Damien hosts calls literally every single day. If you're joining just for the calls, we're gonna remove them eventually. Just like to say that because people watch the video two, three, four months from now. Hey, you said there's calls every single day. Today there's calls every single day. In the future, there will not be. So just like to tell people that. So Monday, you got the accountability Monday, and you got the sprints every single day, you got the weekly automation calls, and you got the sprints closing out the week as well. Come here, the learning tab, and you could just drop your questions in here as well. So inside of the tidy track platform, let me go to actually it's gonna
Plans Pricing Onboarding Fee And Leads
SPEAKER_07pull up another instance. So I'll go through pricing and what that looks like. So give me a six. So I'm gonna drop the workshop pricing link in here. So if you see another pricing, you have another link or something like that. This is the link that's available on these workshop calls. So if you got a link inside that you've had for three, four, five months and the pricing is different. These pricings that you're seeing today, it's only available on the workshop calls, right? We got three plans Tactician, Trailblazer, and Titan. So the difference between the three plans, this one's $199 a month, normally $2.99 a month. So some of you guys may have an older link and you probably sold $2.99. On the workshops, we give you the workshop pricing discount. Trailblazer is $2.99 a month, normally $6.99. Actually, $3.99, I believe. And Titan is $3.99, normally $4.99.
SPEAKER_03But yeah, that's the right, that's the right pricing. That's that's eventually what the pricing is going to be.
SPEAKER_07And we'll explain the reason for that as well. So the difference between the two plans, so tactician and trailblazer. So remember that beautiful hiring funnel that we went over that automates that entire process for you? You only get that with the Trailblazer plan. So very specifically, if you want the hiring funnel and everything we showed you today, you get that inside the Trailblazer plan. Titan, inside the Titan, that is more for people who like, hey, I run a commercial cleaning business. I want leads coming into me. So every single month, Damien pulls in about 25 commercial leads that get sent to your Tighty Track instance, right? So you can log into Titan Track. You'll see 25 new commercial leads every single month inside of your Titan plan. So be like, hey, I want that's what I want. I want the big boy. I do commercial, that's what that is for. Now I tell people all the time, if you were like, I just want the leads and that and you're brand new, I would tell you not to start the Titan plan. Because I would rather you work your way up than to say a month from now or 30 days, 20 days from now, hey, I gotta downgrade the plan. It's a lot easier to upgrade you than it is to downgrade you. So start where you're at comfortably financially and work your way up, versus trying to go for the big boy and working your way down. So again, difference between the two between the three plans. Titan, we send you commercial leads every single month. Trailblazer, you get the advanced hiring funnel. And Titan is everything we showed you today so far. So, questions, comments, concerns, oh yes, the onboarding fee. So all of them have a one-time onboarding fee of $249. You pay that the first month, and then your next month goes to your normal pricing plan. So, whatever that is, that's your normal pricing plan. And that onboarding fee includes the three calls you get with our team, making sure you get set up, making sure you get support, making sure you're onboarded the right way, versus just putting you in the platform and then you gotta figure it out on your own. Great questions, Walter. All right, so Glory said about the Getard, when will it be available to use and what's the cost? So soon as you join. So I actually walk you through that now, and then we'll also get to some more questions. So you'll come in here, choose your plan, you put your information in, you go to checkout, and you'll see the checkout page just like this, right on your end. I put the link inside the chat, you'll see the 249, that's your onboarding, and then after that, you'll pay your normal subscription fee of whatever you decide. So $199 a month, for example. And that's that.
SPEAKER_03So, Gloria, what'll happen in no taxes on the setup fee? What'll happen is when you sign up, you'll be redirected to a page with my pretty little picture face on it, telling you all the next steps and everything that you need to do. It's going to have you fill out a form. Once you fill out that form, at the end, you'll get you the calendar to schedule your first call. We leave that up to you. We like you to do your first call within 48 hours, okay? We don't want you to hop into the platform without you going to your first onboarding call because you'll be lost otherwise. Schedule it within the first 48 hours that you get signed up. We'll still send you access to all the stuff you need to get inside the community. You can even, if you hop on tonight, you can hop on tomorrow. What's tomorrow? Wednesday, no, Tuesday. You can hop on tomorrow morning's call if you come in tonight and and be good to go, ready to rock. Okay. So you get access right away, but we like you to go through your onboarding call first, the first one before you hop in the software. You had a question.
SPEAKER_01Hi, can you guys hear me?
SPEAKER_02Yep, gotcha.
SPEAKER_01Oh, I noted you guys answered the question about the quote already. What do you mean by misable? Because I just want to know how it looks on a customer end. Is it sent via email or to their phone? What does it look like?
SPEAKER_03It's sent via email. We're gonna add in the text messaging fairly soon. So here's the thing with emails and quotes, or emails in particular, the more images and colors and all that stuff that you put inside an email, it doesn't get delivered. We're we work on email deliverability. That way they get it every time you send it, and you can count on us to get the emails when we send them. So we work on that kind of every single day. So we keep it to relatively minimal graphics and all of the things, that way it gets delivered to the inbox.
SPEAKER_01Yes, okay, thank you.
SPEAKER_03A highly professional delivered quotes with all the information they need to make a decision and to click a button to give you money.
SPEAKER_07Click a button to give you money, that's what it's about.
SPEAKER_03But at the end of the day, uh, that's what we wanted them to do. And so that's what we need for Deborah.
SPEAKER_07You had a question or two.
SPEAKER_05Oh, you know what? I figured I could just save it for the the daily calls. It was some I was watching one of Damien's videos and it was pre-recorded, and he was jumping around, and I couldn't follow one of the steps. It was how to, I don't even, I don't know that it was even covered, I'm not sure, but it was how to adjust the response emails.
SPEAKER_07No, that wasn't covered in this call, so that's gonna be what he's gonna go over on the daily calls because that wouldn't be helpful if somebody just got a tidy job.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I thought maybe it was more appropriate for the daily call.
SPEAKER_07So it's a again, you get him almost literally every single day. So absolutely. All right, do we have any goodies that we want to give out today, Damien?
SPEAKER_03There's a lot in tidy track, it's super packed these days, but one of the things we can't give them is the pricing tool. If you guys come in tonight, we essentially will do your pricing for you. I built another platform called Service Based AI to where we go out and do all the hard things that you guys don't like to do, which is your area, the location that you're in. We look at all your competitors in the area, we pull their pricing, and we give you the exact pricing where you need to sit at in your area. We have two versions. We have a deep research. So we normally like to give that to people who take action today. And then we have a good version, it's the basic version of that system to where it won't give you the deep dive information, but it will give you some basic pricing that you can put on your site. So for those of you who joined Tsychack today, you will be getting the deep version, one report that we'll give to you, and anybody that comes in after today until Sunday night or Sunday midnight, right? Monday midnight, we'll get the regular version. Okay the website builders across all three of them. You get our builder on any of the platforms, but the version that I showed you is a WordPress site, and you also get that template to edit on your own. If you have hosting, you can put on your hosting or use our hosting, which is for WordPress an additional 15 bucks a month.
SPEAKER_00Hi, this is Liz. Do you guys have a contract? Do you require a certain amount of time to keep this? Is it month to month?
SPEAKER_03No, it's month to month. There's no long-term commitment. But what we found is that if you come into TidyTrack, you attend the calls as much as you can, and you start using the platform, you're not gonna grow your cleaning business on any other platform. But there's no commitment.
SPEAKER_07Now, if you do decide you want to do six months or a year, we give you promos and a bonus. Just like anything. You pay for your cell phone for a year, you get three months off or something like that.
SPEAKER_03Two months.
SPEAKER_07Two months.
SPEAKER_03Two months out for a year. Cool. All right, access to the pricing tool. No, it's not for everyone, Deborah. But come on the call tomorrow and I'll show you how to get access to that.
SPEAKER_07We didn't even talk about running, you can run your social media from this thing. Yeah, this there's a bunch of features we could sit here and go through, but again, we want to show you guys the most relevant and important ones for businesses today. You can manage your social media, you can manage your media, you can manage, yeah. There's so many things that you could do in here, but we want to just show the most relevant ones today. Uh I have one more question.
SPEAKER_04I'm sorry. You're good, Walter. So I just purchased my domain from Inos. So, how would that work with when I come on board tonight?
SPEAKER_03You we would just change your DNS records when you go through your onboarding call with Jasper. We'll walk you through that process. Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_07He said, when I come on board tonight, that's what I'm talking about.
SPEAKER_03Go take an action.
SPEAKER_07And we didn't go through this. Damien working on uh an AI tool for websites, and you could literally almost replicate any website. I ain't gonna show y'all too much about this, but somebody was like, hey, can you put my website inside a tight track? And I was like, Oh, we could actually build it inside a tight track if we wanted to.
SPEAKER_03Yep. The new builder, you're in the old one, but the new builder is better. Yeah, this is definitely the old one.
SPEAKER_07I just cause it's up, it's right there.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, we have a new interview style thing to make it easier for you guys to just answer a few questions and then I build that bad boy out.
SPEAKER_07All right, guys, you guys are getting quiet. Chat is dying down, so that means that if you don't know what tight track is, number one, you know what it is now. Number two, if you already knew what tight track is and you're not on the platform, the question is why aren't you? And if you're already on the platform, then you've seen version two when you'll also see it on the calls coming up.
SPEAKER_03Oh, about to ask that question again.
SPEAKER_07What version will we get and how our update will be handled? I'm assuming.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so what version do we get the version that you're showing now, or do we get the yeah, you'll get V2, you'll get you get everything. And how are updates? How often are the updates pushed out when you come up with something new?
SPEAKER_03Every day. Every day. We with our developer, myself, and another developer on occasion when we need to push you some hard stuff, we're we're literally updating our software every single day.
SPEAKER_04Okay, and you still have an app version, Android app version you can download on the phone, correct?
SPEAKER_03So our our app is web-based. You technically what we have people doing right now is just saving the URL to their phone dashboard, and you'll log in. And it we have a it's mobile optimized. It looks like an app when you're in there anyway. We will be coming out with a separate tidy track app and an app for your providers and an app for your customers, but that's probably first quarter next year. But right now it's web-based. Log in with Chrome or Safari or you're on Android, so it's Chrome, and set it as a home page icon.
SPEAKER_04Okay, and last question, it was I'll leave you alone. Hold on, I just had it in my head. I almost just forgot about it. Oh, pricing with all these updates up. When do we is this a set price or will this change as Titrack gets bigger and bigger?
SPEAKER_03If you want to pay us more money later, you can, but we grandfather you folks into whatever the price you come at. Now, if you leave us and come back, because we've had a couple people do that and be upset that they didn't get their yesterday's price today. I can't tell you anything else, but yesterday's price is not today's price. Okay, all right.
SPEAKER_05It's best to get in on the ground floor. Trust me.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Oh, the ground floor, we've been Janice, the ground
Updates Grandfathered Pricing And Closing
SPEAKER_03floor, we've been doing this now for years. But Janice can tell you because she is one of our ground floor folks. You know, Janice, if you would come off a mute and tell them, I guess it's the value that you get every single month.
SPEAKER_07And we'll also elaborate that Janice doesn't have to be on this call because she gets a call with Damien almost every single day. And she's choosing to spend her time here to learn more about the software, learn more about what's going on and things like that. So that kind of shows you the value that the software provides as well, and Damien in particular.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and I'll tell you guys the people that who are successful at Tidy Track show up and show out, right? They show up every day to build their businesses. You know what I mean? The people who aren't successful who get off our platform early, don't put in the time and effort into their business. This is a business, right? This isn't a side hustle kind of thing. This is an actual business. We help you build a real business with our software. The people that are seeing great success in our platform show up every day. Yeah, thanks Walter put a lot of time and effort into this bad boy.
SPEAKER_05So can I just put a little plug in? I haven't been with you guys very long, but I can say this. I have invested in a lot of different businesses. I've been a business owner. I've owned several businesses in the past. And I can say that I've never received more support in a program that I paid money for. I've spent the last thing I got into, I think I spent $10,000 and I cried because literally I had no support. I was promised things that weren't actually coming to fruition, and I put a lot of money into it. So I appreciate you guys for really caring about helping people grow business. And I do see that every day in all the support that you guys offer. So thank you.
SPEAKER_03For sure. No, thank you. That's great.
SPEAKER_07It's real good. Thank you for sharing that. Can I use that as a testimonial?
SPEAKER_05For a small fee, sure. No.
SPEAKER_07Thank you for sharing. And yeah, definitely understand, and that's a part of showing up, right? That's why we're here at eight o'clock at night. It's like he's Damien's helped us build this thing, and it's not just building it, he's showing up to support it as well. Thank you. Walter said great product. Thanks for your time. I appreciate the info and gives me hope for hiring and managing new clients. Let's go.
SPEAKER_03Listen, what I don't want to see, there's some twos. I'm gonna call you guys out because that's what I do every day on the calls anyway. Just hold our folks accountable. Walter, he's getting in tonight. But Endeavor's you're in already. Farah.
SPEAKER_07So Tamika just came through.
SPEAKER_03Oh, perfect.
SPEAKER_07Mika didn't even ask a question. You're like, listen, I already know.
SPEAKER_03Oh man, I got it. For the people who said I know about tidy track, but I'm not in. There's if you have a cleaning business and you want to grow your business, there's no reason why you you shouldn't be in the tidy track.
SPEAKER_07Walter dropped it in the chat for you guys.
SPEAKER_03Alright, guys, I'm being summoned to go sing happy birthday to my baby boy, my 18-year-old.
SPEAKER_0718 of them dangs. Wait, hold on. Damien, hold on. Can we stop for a second? Damien is at dinner at the restaurant, I'm assuming.
SPEAKER_03Let me show you. Let me show you how committed I am to you, tidy track, folks. I'm gonna take it.
SPEAKER_07I gotta post this. Go ahead.
SPEAKER_03I'm gonna take this off for a second so you guys can see where I did this call from. Are you guys ready? I'm literally in my truck giving this. Make sure. Because listen, I don't want to, we only do this call once a month. So I could have called Anthony earlier today, say, Anthony, you know what? It's my son's birthday. And listen, I show up for everything. Again, we're waiting for some more people to show. That's why I was able to do this. But I could have text Anthony early and say, hey man, can you do the call? He would say, No problem. It's your son's birthday. I want to make sure this kind of support and the type and how we show up for these calls. I'm literally in my truck for the last hour giving you guys this workshop. Okay, just to make sure we don't want to change the time. You guys had already registered. We don't want to say, oh, you know what? Let's reschedule, nothing like that. We don't do that stuff here. All right. Unless I'm sick, like I was sick this morning, but I was still on the call this morning. We show up for you guys because we know how important. If every dollar you give us, we know how important that dollar is. Okay. That one dollar. We know how important it is. So we want to make sure you get all the value out of that out of the money you give us. You we're gonna make sure you guys aren't shorted. So yeah, I'm in my truck giving this this webinar. The sun is still up. Are you Namasker? I'm in Phoenix, actually. Oh yeah, yeah, that is crazy. I believe Janice and I did a call on Thanksgiving one year because she needed help inside of her business on Thanksgiving.
SPEAKER_05Yes, we did. We didn't know it was Thanksgiving.
SPEAKER_03We didn't know it was Thanksgiving. Yeah, but yeah, folks, we we should we show up for you guys because that's what it's about.
SPEAKER_07We gotta let Damien go at this point. Listen, I'm dropping a link in the chat for you guys. I gotta put the kids to bed as well. I hear them yelling across the way. Damien, tell your son happy birthday and thank you for your time. Everybody else, if you're not in Tidy Track, I just dropped the link for you guys. Damien got some bonuses for you guys as well. We saw a few people joining. Congratulations, and we'll see you inside Tidy Track. We'll see you inside the CBU. Either way, we're gonna see you. We ain't going nowhere.
