The Extra Mile Podcast
The Extra Mile Podcast is a living document of growth—raw, reflective, and grounded in the pursuit of becoming better in every role life asks me to embody: athlete, man, husband, friend, lover, brother, son, and human being.
Day One Starts Today — Awaken Your Potential and Step Into the Life You Were Meant to Live.
The extra mile is a mental attitude: the willingness to move beyond comfort, excuses, fear, and the familiar patterns that keep us from what is meaningful. It is not simply about doing more. It is about becoming more.
This podcast is part of my own becoming—a place to question, build, sharpen, and confront myself. The aim is not to become someone else, but to become the man I was meant to be: strong without becoming hard, ambitious without becoming empty, disciplined without becoming cold, successful without abandoning my values, and loving without mistaking love for weakness.
Love is central to that journey. It gives discipline a deeper reason, turns ambition into service, and transforms self-mastery into a way of leading, creating, giving, and living with purpose.
Across episodes, I explore philosophy, psychology, faith, sport, masculinity, relationships, wealth, work, endurance, and personal development. The focus is always practical: how to think clearer, act better, love better, work better, live better, and perform when it matters.
The inspiration comes from books, conversations, personal experiences, and defining moments—from Hume and Hercules to the subconscious mind and Shackleton’s Endurance. This is not theory for its own sake. It is about application.
Endurance means continuing when comfort disappears, remaining loyal to your values under pressure, and refusing to surrender when life tests your character.
At its core, The Extra Mile Podcast is about strength, love, character, and self-mastery. It asks what it means to improve, to become a good man, to build healthy relationships, to create wealth with integrity, and to pursue success without losing yourself.
This is not a finished product. It is an ongoing process of learning, testing, failing, and refining.
Because the life you are meant to live may not begin someday.
It may begin today.

What I Now See. From the book #Success, How teens can create their own brilliant future. Author Emma Aaron, 15 years old.
This chapter marks "the end" of the old you and the beginning of your new adventure. Whatever you aren't satisfied with in your current (soon to be old) life, whether it be your grades, your friends, your habits, or anything else, is about to improve, and your struggles will soon be just a distant memory. In this short book you will learn everything you need to know to have total control of your life and create whatever it is that you want from your future.
Some W.I.N.S. I had from the first chapter;
Being the best you can be is the best you can do for others. The power of setting a good example. Improving is not enough. Celebrate, validate small improvements during the process is the best you can do.
Learn from people that are doing things better than you.
Succes is the sum of all validated improvements.
