Hey Seasons Leadership Podcast listeners Debbie and Susan here. We're here to talk to you today about what's going on and what's going to be happening in 2024. So what's going on right now, susan?

Well, I am winding down Debbie too. It is the end of the year 2023 and I want to take a break.

Yes, and we do this every year. Right, we wind down, we take a break, we do a little self-care, spend time with friends and family, reflect, because that's what the winter season's partly about. Is that reflection time right, go deep, go deep.

Go deep and see what comes up for you about the next year, but we already know a little bit and we're going to give you a preview of what's going to be happening in early 2024.

Well, we're going to start out early 2024 with a winter reflection, because we will be starting the winter season, and then we're going to have a great lineup of guests on our podcast, all leaders and all sharing their personal stories in some way or another, and also actionable advice.

Yeah, for our listeners, because we've committed to continue to do that, and also this next season, starting in early 2024, we are going to be sharing more of our personal stories. So you're going to get, in addition to the guests you're going to get us talking about our personal stories on learnings we've had throughout our careers and lives, and so it's going to be a lot of that, and you will also see that we're issuing a leadership challenge for 2024 for all of you. So get some rest yourself, do some reflecting yourself, and then join us in early 2024 for season five of the season's leadership podcast.
