Everything's Fine
One of the most common responses a psychotherapist will hear from their clients about how they're doing or feeling about a certain event is "fine; everything's fine." This is a podcast by psychotherapists to help listeners learn how to become okay with everything...well...not always being fine. Our times together with be co-facilitated by your host, Bryan Forbes, and his guests, working psychotherapists in the field. Each episode will cover a real, concrete issue (or set of issues) that people face with their mental health, along with relevant and practical tips from the professionals for how to address it.In the end, the hope is that you'll come to learn that freedom and change come when we can finally and courageously admit that everything is, as it turns out, not fine. And that's okay.
