SOMETHING SPECIAL! In addition to the regular His Word podcasts, which are normally all under 5 minutes, His Word Podcast is posting a “Teaching of the Month;” a full length teaching from our Westbrook Sunday morning fellowship. This month’s teaching is from Jube 14, 2026, entitled, “What Are You Thinking? (31:55)
Do You Know Why, in so many places, the Bible talks about our thinking? Because God knows, as we think in our hearts, so are we. He knows that out of our own hearts come the issues of our own lives. He knows death and life are in the power of the tongue.
In II Corinthians 10, in talking about our thinking, God tells us we have some mighty weapons in order to cast down, or demolish ungodly strongholds. Why would we need to cast down or demolish these ungodly mental strongholds? Because they greatly interfere with our believing and trusting God.
God wants us to be blessed, live abundantly, and receive His help. And with the right understanding of God’s Word we can demolish those ungodly strongholds, by replacing those wrong beliefs with theTruth of God’s Word.
