Happiness vs. Joy

Many people think that happiness and joy are interchangeable. They aren't and there are many differences between them. This episode will reflect on the three main differences between happiness and joy. 

They include:

1.  Happiness is an external/outward expression, joy is internal.
2. Happiness is fleeting unsustainable, joy persists, it's consistent, and endures.
3. Happiness is obtained solely on earth, joy is a spiritual connection with the ultimate source (for me, that would be God, the Holy Spirit).
