Since the start of the pandemic, there have been drastic changes to the temporary housing market. From a consolidation of providers to an increased demand for shorter leases and bigger units to accommodate remote work, there are many aspects of temporary living that have shifted since 2020.

In this episode, we join Cartus' Racheal Foo and guest speakers Alzone Ang, Vice President, Global Talent Mobility, Cartus, and Michelle Low, Global VP of Supply Chain, Synergy Global Housing, as we dive into this hot topic.
 
Guest biographies:

Alzone Ang, Vice President, Global Talent Mobility, Cartus,  is currently based in Singapore and has more than 15 years’ experience in the global mobility industry. Since joining Cartus in 2005, he has worked on multiple client engagements, ranging in size from one of our largest international clients to smaller regional accounts. In his current role as Vice President of Global Talent Mobility, Alzone leads both the regional relocation operations as well as global engagements for some of Cartus’s strategic clients. 

Michelle Low , Global VP of Supply Chain, Synergy Global Housing joined Synergy--a leader in serviced accommodation program management--earlier this year and will be based out of Synergy’s Singapore office. Michelle began her career in hospitality at several top hotels such as Shangri-La and Conrad where she held sales management roles before transitioning to corporate housing and global mobility with senior leadership roles at Oakwood and Cartus. In her latest position with Oakwood, Michelle was responsible for setting global strategic direction in sales and revenue distribution at the corporate level.
