Lisa Johnson
Lisa represents Cartus in DE&I space as a thought leader and solution facilitator for clients looking to address Global DE&I in their mobility solutions. Among her many achievements—including leading some of the industry’s earliest research initiatives on the topic—Lisa was named one of the Global Mobility Top 100 Professionals in 2021 and the 2022 Chairperson of the Curriculum Committee for Worldwide ERC®´s Upward Mobility Internship Initiative, focused on increasing diversity in our industry, sitting on their Editorial Taskforce. She also holds both Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards and is an active member of SHRM. 

Cindy Madden 
Cindy joined Cartus in 2006 as Director of Consulting Solutions, supporting clients and prospects in the areas of Policy and Program Design, Group Moves, Destination Location Research, and the development of customized mobility websites. She has more than 30 years’ experience in the development of global programs and policies that are intended to support the company’s talent mobility strategy. Cindy has served as a member of Worldwide ERC®’s Global Editorial Advisory Committee and was a recipient of Worldwide ERC’s 2018 Meritorious Service Award. 

Karen Menendez 
Karen is a Global Director of Intercultural & Language Solutions for Cartus, responsible for consulting with clients on talent development solutions, which support and enable successful international assignments, effective culturally diverse teams, and more inclusive leaders. She brings a blend of expertise in service delivery and client engagement for Intercultural & Language Solutions acquired in her 20+ years with Cartus and prior international living and working experience. Karen is a graduate of Connecticut College with a B.A. in Russian & East European Studies. She is a native English speaker, speaks Russian with intermediate proficiency, and is studying Spanish.
