With over 18 years’ experience as a sustainability professional, Dave has worked with many organizations to help them realize the benefits of embedded sustainability into their culture, operations, and services. Dave has created industry-leading sustainability strategies, helped organizations define their purpose, developed recognized sustainability communications and is an expert in social justice. He believes businesses hold the key to solving some of the world’s biggest problems. Dave founded JustOne, a sustainability consultancy with a purpose to spark positive change. JustOne was established on three principles; to create maximum positive impact, to demonstrate the interconnectivity of social, environmental, and business issues, and to bring a sense humanity back to business. After building his skills in both account management and transformation projects, when asked to describe his role today as Director, Sustainable Growth Enablement, Andy’s one word response is, “Questions.” Specifically answering the questions that our partners and the broader mobility community have for us, and asking our own in order to move our innovations in the direction that best serves our clients, as well helping to support the long-term, sustainable growth of our solutions.
