Among her many achievements—including conducting some of the industry’s earliest research initiatives on the topics of Mobility ROI and Inclusive Mobility—this year Lisa was named one of the top 50 corporate professionals in DEI by OnCon Icon Awards. She also holds both Worldwide ERC®’s Meritorious and Distinguished Service Awards and is an active member of SHRM. Lisa was born in Japan, is based in New York and has lived and worked in Central America, Spain and Ireland.
Chris Cole
Since joining Cartus in 2006, Chris has become a standout in global mobility with a reputation for exceptional service and client success. Today, as Director, Chris leads high-profile accounts for major clients, with a focus on the finance sector, offering sharp insights, strategic reviews, and creative solutions. Known for translating data into real-world results, Chris is a trusted partner who delivers value, inspires teams, and keeps clients ahead in a fast-changing world.

Terri Bonfiglio
As Director, Global Consulting Solutions and with more than 35 years' experience in the mobility industry, Terri joined Cartus in 2005 and leads our global consulting solutions group. In her role, Terri supports Cartus’ global talent mobility teams and is responsible for developing and overseeing global client initiatives in the areas of HR and talent technology solutions, program benchmarking, policy design and writing, and group moves.
Kristi Lund
After experiencing expatriate life in France, Kristi, Director, Strategic Business Solutions, has spent her career dedicated to supporting organizations with their global mobility programs in multiple capacities, including service delivery, account management, operations, consulting, and implementation. Holding a GMS designation, Kristi is skilled in bringing creative solutions to unique situations, approaching each organization’s goals with customization and compassion.
