The boys are starting off the New Year with a very- special episode...  Nick and first-time Co-Host, Spencer Herbst get into some deep chats with former Humboldt Bronco and Mental Health Advocate, Tyler Smith at the legendary Rink of Dreams! 

Tyler is a former Humboldt Bronco and was involved in the horrific bus crash that took place in 2018, taking the lives of 16 of his team members. Now, he is a full-time public speaker, podcast host, and founder of the clothing brand Not Alone  - Which is dedicated to mental health awareness.  

In this episode, the boys discuss their hockey careers,  the lessons that they learned from playing team sports, and what needs to change within the hockey world. They also dive deeper into the incredible work that Tyler is doing via his willingness to share his story. Tyler talks about how he deals with trauma, grief, and much more!
