Many Christians feel comfortable talking about God the Father and Jesus the Son, but the Holy Spirit often feels mysterious. In this episode, we continue our study of the Nicene Creed by examining what Christians have believed for centuries about the Holy Spirit.
Far from being an impersonal force, the Holy Spirit is fully God, actively present in the lives of believers, giving life, revealing truth, glorifying Christ, and empowering the Church. Through passages from John 16, Acts 5, and Galatians 5:22–23, we discover why the Holy Spirit remains essential for every follower of Jesus.
