A palliative approach to care ensures these needs are being met in a compassionate way that enhances the quality of life, limits suffering and provides needed comfort.

Pat has worked to achieve this alongside others in a variety of settings, including as a front line nurse, university faculty member, CEO, executive coach, a member of numerous boards, and the captain of a world championship Canadian dragon boat team.
