#15 NCrafts Organizers Rui Carvalho, Maxime Sanglan & Peter Even on organizing a software conference
Jun 01, 2016
Timothée Bourguignon, NCrafts

A special podcast with 3 guests, Rui Carvalho, Peter Even and Maxime Sanglan, the organizers of the NCrafts conference in Paris. In this episode, we doubled back on the origins of this craftsmanship conference, its birth in the .NET space and growth toward a language agnostic craftsmanship conference up to the third edition which happened this year. We diverged onto how to get people into craftsmanship, what the 3 organizers took out of this exercise that consumed so much of their time and why you should participate in such conferences... and not just for the talks!
