SPEAKER_13

Coyotes held at the loom. It kept me awake half the night thinking about you. Where do you go when you dream and you with the fog wasted? You ever take me with you? Does the wild come out to you from the wild you from being? I've got a small leather jacket packed in the attic so long. Just to be gone, I'm still the world you chased. Moon and the stars and current Don't think I don't know what you're thinking. Already from the dead, from the city.

SPEAKER_21

Monday morning, kicking off the week here in the studios along off shore to Alabama. And uh, well, you know, the rain almost entirely behind us and out of here. But today I want to talk about something other than the weather. I want to talk about the Memorial Day weekend, the official kickoff to summer, and a lot of big, big things happening all across the Gulf Coast, of course. Florida to Texas. Why would you want to go there? When we're here along Alabama, white beaches, and I tell you we have a lot of activities. I wasn't really sure what to make of it. I love it. Maybe you don't look how much the things that you wanted to, or maybe you didn't even think about and then as you get older, you begin to look at what is available to you in all of the opportunity. No matter what you like to win. The music is really music. Ryan Milford in the beginning and the year you're gonna listen to you. Oh my god. We'll do that right after you.

SPEAKER_24

Another last resort, so help me, Jesus. The silence, so quiet, it's filled my mind with everything we were that wasn't once again. I fall to pieces.

SPEAKER_13

I gave up on a shooting star, it had to fall down way too far to fix this kind of feeling that I'm feeling.

SPEAKER_24

I tried to back people at church, read every chapter, every verse, but on my prayers, they always hit the ceiling.

SPEAKER_13

So I do the only thing that don't make me feel empty. Pull that Bible and wish upon a whiskey No chance, read it when there's no on this man.

SPEAKER_15

Tryna keep my head above the water I'm always I just keep drowning in this Tennessee I gave the shooting star You have to fall down way too far to fix this kind of feeling and I'm feeling I tried to back you on that turn with every chapter, every bird, but they always need the same Son make me feel empty and escape Here comes the burn I love to hate Here's some time Oh now to fix this time feeling feeling I'm trying to make you a venture But I'll be my friends They always hit the ceiling only the thing that don't make me feel it Pull it by holding waste upon a we scheme would be something once I make her I can make her laugh I can make her waste in love with some time I'll do something right She's starving for she so hungry for love stuff But she only hears I love you when we're making love I love why she loves me so much The best I'll ever do won't be enough So I'll just make my lucky star force once in a once in a blue moon I'll do something right once in a little Weep and Dragon but we ain't drunk yeah just kill Gary Kenyan darling to You wanna tell the play wall and take me out on the dog I don't want to come out to the back Go with it a small back the food I wish I keep going take me off with I can see it on your lips Mr.

A new nature reserve is being built right now in fully near Bon Secure. It is supposed to be scheduled to open next year. Have you heard about this? It's called the Andrew Jones Wetland Reserve, a 95-acre site that will give residents and visitors another place to explore, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. This project is named after Andy James. He was a former Volgard engineer, and he designed a fairhead of this project. Right there nearby wonderful array of flowers, wildflowers, grasses, wooded areas surrounded by nature. It is a mix of rural and suburban areas. And it's going to attract a lot of people. I'm sure there's a lot of habitat here, a lot of different species of animals. And this project is a six million dollar project made through a grant for the National Fish and uh Wildlife Foundation. And that's a good thing. And also, you know what else it does? It has a litter boom on the river to collect debris that will make its way into the water if it wasn't collected. So there's a multifold reason for this project, but it sounds like a good deal to me, especially if you just want another place to go for a little walk or sit around, maybe read a book, enjoy nature. SPEAKER_13

Strawberry line on the radio, driver's background, no way to go, chase friends on the beat, but it plays on the way, and it's quite up on the song for sweet.

SPEAKER_14

Everyone on the population slam on the holy crowns and each count line.

SPEAKER_13

So I'm not sure.

SPEAKER_21

SPEAKER_21

And once again this morning we're sitting at the Blu-ray media news and weather desk as we look over an extended weather forecast for you. Uh you know, today is going to be mostly cloudy. We might see a couple of sun rays in some parts of the area. Today is going to be warm right around 79 or 80 degrees with a low overnight at 56. We do have some more rain chances throughout the day on and off. Nothing strong, but there is a 44% chance of rain in the overnight hours. Moving into Tuesday, though, it's gonna be part of the sunny and part of the cloudy that includes a high of 79 and the 67 low in the overnight. Again, a few sprinkles can't be ruled out. 13% chance of rain. Wednesday, uh Tuesday and Wednesday. Wind coming out of the southeast at about 10 to 12 miles per hour. Wednesday is going to be a duplicate of Tuesday with a little bit more sunshine. And Thursday we have plenty of sunshine. Wind coming out of the southeast once again at 9 to 12 miles per hour. Friday will be right around 80 degrees, and Saturday will be right around 80 degrees, and Sunday will be right around 80 degrees, with a low of uh about 70 degrees on all three nights. And always there's gonna be some chances of rain this time of year. All three days, about 18 to 21st. And nothing major. Monday, as we get back to work, we're gonna see some clouds start moving in. About a 20% chance of rain. High on Monday the 18th will be about 81 degrees, and the low will be 72, wind below 10 to 12 miles per hour. Because we got another storm heading our way. It's gonna raise from heavy thunderstorms, and rain chances Tuesday to Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, all the way through the 20th Monday, we have chances of thunderstorms and heavy rain all of those days. High, right around 82, and low overnight around 72. The chances of rain are pretty high most of those days, especially for thunderstorms to myth. And like always, if you're from this area or have lived there for any length of time, you know, this time of year, oh yeah, they can pop off any time. They can be strong, and you know what I've noticed over the years. Some of those uh stronger storms kind of stay to the north, and sometimes they stay to the south. Like we really have to be on top. That's your extended weather forecast this time around. Of course, we're gonna have the latest updated forecast on our next go around here in the studio, but I'll tell you, uh be sure to get the weather app on your phone if you don't already have it. Get a weather box because they save lives. They let you know what's happening. And that's your extended weather forecast from Coastal Alabama Radio. Give them a call at 251-264-2498. They offer mobile patrol services of churches, businesses, gated communities, condominiums, beach resorts, yacht clubs, and so much more. 251-264-2498. Call today and you will feel better tonight.

SPEAKER_03

I saw it in her eyes when I was saying goodbye, that girl. She ain't gonna be all right. Cause I could tell she'd be going through a living hell and die. I wouldn't be there by her side. And Lord, I felt so bad as I sat and watched her cry, thinking how I was moving on, and she was barely getting by. Look at what I've done to her, look at how I made her feel. I gave back her heart, the broken part, she got the wrong end of the deal. And look at what it's done to me. You gotta know it tears me up. I gave it everything I had, and Lord, it just wasn't enough. Hurtin' her like this seems so wrong. Yeah, look at what I've done to her. Now she's alone. I saw her out last night, and she was having a good time. That girl, it looks like she's doing fine. But then I saw a man walk up and take her by the hand and die. Oh god, I almost died. And then it hit me. She didn't really need me. I just sat there for a while. Until I finally smiled. You look at what I've done to her, look at how I made her feel. She found somebody new, and look who took the time to heal, and look at what it's done to me. Gotta know it tears me up. To have walked away from the love we made, and just leave it in a cloud of dust. And now it's got me thinking, maybe I was wrong. After all the things I've done to her. Now she dropped. I walked up and said hello. She said it's good to see her. But hey, I gotta go. Yeah, look at what I've done to her. Look at how I've made her feel. She's standing tall, she's got it all. Got the world at her heels. And look at what it's done to me. Yeah, look at how it makes me hurt. If I can go back now, I swear somehow I'd find a way to make it work. Ain't life funny. Now I'm the one alone. Yeah, look at what I've done to me. She's gone.

SPEAKER_10

Tickling the sand. All drank killin' my right hand. Watching you sleep in the even light. Resting up for a long, long night when the sun goes down. We'll be grooving when the sun goes down. Feelin' alright when the sun takes down. Over the water. Everything gets hotter when the sun goes down. Yeah.

SPEAKER_07

All day long, just take it easy. Lin in a hammock where it's nice and breezy. Sleep in the hawk and life of workers when the sun goes down.

SPEAKER_10

We'll be back for more when the sun goes down. We'll be grooving when the sun goes down.

SPEAKER_07

Feelin' all right when the sun breaks down. Over the water, everything gets hotter when the sun goes down.

SPEAKER_10

This weaken cocktain as smooth as my light. Nothing to do. Breathe all day till the big moon rises and it's time to play when the sun goes down. We'll be grooving when the sun goes down. Feelin' all the right when the sun takes down. Over the water. Everything gets hotter when the stun goes down. We'll be grooving when it stunts goes down. Feeling all the right when it's done. Everything gets hotter when it's done goes down.

SPEAKER_08

When you love someone, really love someone. To be the father of your child, what you wouldn't do. Never love again, it's true. With that. I just know when you close your eyes. When I hold you close, there are too many reasons. Sometimes I move to hate this girl, I just can't believe I found the person I've searched for. With that I love you.

SPEAKER_19

Rip currents cause an estimated 100 deaths each year in the United States. In 2021, five of these deaths were on the Gulf Coast. Rip currents are the number one ruthery-related killer at the beaches along the northern Gulf Coast. The number of rip current fatalities on these beaches is more than the fatalities of flooding, tornadoes, lightning, and tropical storms or hurricanes combined. Learn the facts. Before heading out to the beach, check current beach conditions and know what each flag means. Always swim near a lifeguard. Rip currents are narrow currents that flow away from the beach. If you notice you're being pulled away from the beach and are swimming and getting tired, you may be in a rip current. Think of it like a treadmill that you can't turn off. You want to step to the side of it. Don't swim against the current. Try to swim across it in a direction following the shoreline. Rip currents do not pull you under, but may take you as far out as a football field so people can tire quickly. The most important thing is to stay calm. If you can't escape the current, float or calmly tread water. Wave for help if you can. Rip current's strength eventually subsides and may even take you closer to shore. If you see someone caught in a rip current, call 911 or get a lifeguard and throw something that floats towards the victim. For more information, please visit www.visitalbeaches.com slash safety.

SPEAKER_21

This memorial day, there's no way that you can say I'm bored. There are so many things happening in Gulf Shores or the beach all up and down the Golf Coast. Over and over kicking off the start of the summer with things for the kids to do so much more than we do. Moral day weekend. Monday.

SPEAKER_04

Can't you step across this floor? Say never seen a mug. Can't be what you looking for. Got a half-ass mouth face on the crawl is just a black marble man. He's never backed in a box, dropped in a shoe, and he's never opened for a ramp. Just a city boy in the sky. That's the kind of man. Never pull no pass down the phone. Never put no bath on a chick. Never take a gun to the cow. Here's a lesson you will lie, girl. Here's a lesson you will learn. Those books don't make a cattle, baby. It's a cattle that you earn. Listen in the crystal. I'ma saddle soul puncher in a buckle, I won't show the break your heart one day. I'm a saddle soul puncher in a buckle, I won't show the break your heart one day.

SPEAKER_09

Another long, hard working day gone. Time to pack it up and head on home. Sun's gonna rise, and I know I gotta do it all over again. There's only two ways through this town, and I don't ever take the other way around. I see the lights and I slow down. It's like they pull me. I was gonna cry, but I wasn't gonna stop. Then my old truck found a front row spot. Wanna drop in, but I wasn't gonna stay. Then I heard a boss too calling my name. Wasn't gonna let the bar twist my arm, but I'm helpless and a hawk in tones that I wasn't gonna train. Then a contrast song came on. I was almost one out of the door when the fan kicked in. Two, three, four, flame it on ETC for keeping that neon burning on me. I was gonna drive, but I wouldn't gonna stop. Then my old truck found a frog or old spot. Gonna drive in, but I wouldn't gonna stay. Then I heard a bar stoop calling my name. Wouldn't gonna let the bone twist my arm, but I'm helpless in a hulk. It songs that I wouldn't gonna train. Then a country song came on. I was gonna get a good night's sleep And then a country song came on. Save it for the end of the week. Then a country song came on. I was gonna drive, I wouldn't gonna stop. Then an old truck found a front on spot. Wanna drop in, but I wouldn't gonna stay. Then I heard an old thing called my name. But I'm helpless in a honky tongue, said I wouldn't on the train. And then a punch song came on. I wouldn't on the train Then a country song came on No I wouldn't on a train Yeah, Clunch on C on.
