We'll tackle the unhealthy beliefs about productivity that are often deeply ingrained in us, and talk about the significance of addressing emotions in the body as a way to break the cycle and bring about real lasting change.
Finally, we talk about the actual antidote to perfectionism - prioritizing self-care and simplifying our lives. I'll share some non-negotiable daily practices, which are key to building a strong sense of self.
