So far, I hate it here is a podcast about feelings—the ones we sit with and the ones we run from. It's mostly about the ones we run from. I came to create this show by over-pathologizing myself, picking apart every emotion, thought, reaction and wondering Is this normal? Or is there something special about my pain?

And what am I supposed to do with this pain, with this moment? How do people decide to get up and do this over and over again, Every day? This is a podcast about pain, about surrender, about growth, and knowing that it's necessary and beautiful, and literally what life is…and hating it. 

If you're listening, I hope that this feels like catharsis. I made it for myself, but it would be dope if you heard yourself in here. I hope it's an affirmation for people who process things the way I do, which mostly means not processing until something cracks and it all spills out. I'd like to say that I'm working on it, but I'm a Sag(itarrius). So on some days, I slow down and really engage with this healing thing, but on most days I'm just down for an adventure.
